Anyone who complains is just lazy and doesn't understand that you did it right on the fly showing what you know And maybe a few things that you're not familiar with but that you're doing it on the fly and you just gave me the confidence to dig in because it's a lot of accessories and a lot of information. You used the flea attachment as a brush, which works on short-haired dogs but would be problematic with my Golden. The actual brush is the flat thing. Press the button on it and the bristles come out. On both attachments, pushing the button moves the suction area to suck the hairs picked up into the vacuum.
I guess I was just so excited to use the machine that I didn’t bother to look at the manual on how each attachment works and for what. I absolutely love this purchase and love it even more knowing now how to use the attachments. Thank you!
It's virtually impossible to order replacement HEPA filters. The woman in the video mentions that you can order a replacement cord, but good luck with this! Is this company Chinese? Insulating the product from consumers, so there's no help available. Perhaps I should not have ordered this product at all.
Has not clue on how to use the attachments.....push the button to remove the hair from the blade...don't use your fingers. The other attachment has a array of long combs which are engaged by pushing in the button on top.
