@@JanHowell you're welcome where are you from?
This is great and so little fabric, and fun putting fabrics together. Perfect for the gift card had a rosary case that was similar. Bet it would fit a book of postage stamps. I have a small plastic case for medicine that might fit too. I am trying to figure how to gusset the sides for more front to back room if needed.
Great idea!
Thank you for this free pattern!
You are so welcome
@@JanHowell I didn't install the KamSnaps until after this tutorial but I find them really hard to open. I'm thinking it's because it's not going through a lot of layers. Have you found that the snaps rips out or are hard to open? Do people add extra interfacing behind the snaps sometimes?
Thank u Jan so much. Can't wait to make some. Merry Xmas
How did it go. Sorry for the late reply. Hope you had a good Christmas.
@@JanHowell Hi Jan, thank u for responding. I have not done any yet. But I do hv a craft sale coming up in February, Lord willing. I will be doing a few of these. My Xmas was great & I hope urs was too. I'm so happy I found ur channel, I enjoy your tutorials 🏆
Love this! I’m going to try one today! I would also love one that is sized for dollar bills!
You can totally do this method for any size. Just determine how big you want it and account for the bills. I will have to draw one up when I get a chance.
Great idea
I just love all your ideas, are you still sewing? I'm a new subscriber! I was looking to sew things for my craft show. And I found your channel,...thanks!!
Yes I am!
Absolutely cute ! Great idea. I’ll be making these for Christmas. Would teach a tutorial how to make placemats.
I will put that on my list
🙏
thank you
What a quick project. Thanks for sharing. Which snap pliers do you recommend? I'm wanting to get one.
She has a link for the one she uses in her description box.

Great idea! Was that a large pill organizer you used to sort and store your cam snaps?
I got it at Joann. I think it was also used for embroidery thread. I knew when I saw it, what it would be good for. Keep your eye out.
What was the tip about holding the top thread?! I missed that.
If you hold the top thread for a few stitches when you start sewing, it will keep the thread from bunching up underneath, which doesn't look very good.
Hello Jan, I have a question for another golden girl who could have the same problem I do. I live in Arizona and summers are brutal here. Because fabric cost has gone to the moon I have been using sheet sets in different colors to make shirts and shorts. They work well. I am trying to sew a camisole to a sleeveless shirt but don't know how. I tried to stitch the strap to the shoulder, got 2 much bulk. What works?
I’m not sure how to do that. Sorry.
@@JanHowell Thanks anyway, have a great New Year.
