Signing out from App Store and Resetting Network Setting fixed my problem!

I came here looking for help getting re-connected , but it didn't help with my situation. I ended up going to my local Sprint store, and they recommended that I take the VPN off my phone, that it doesn't work well with iphones. I did and problem solved. Hope this helps others with iphones. This is still a very helpful video.

Go settings, click on your apple id, then proceed to the "Media and Purchases" panel, and enable that.
Once all is done, try sign into the itunes/appstore again, click review, and you're done!
It shouldn't keep on looping the sign in process from then on out.

What a relief its a big help a while ago i cannot open my app store i just follow your instruction to sign out my apple id in appstore then log in again. From the start of restart and change date dont work only in log out and log in the appstore id. Its totally legit ever.
