Thank you again Tatiana for introducing me to this painting. But it's not enough about the Palace. I visited it again before closing I wanted to see the two stairways built separately by Bernini and Boromini. What an amazing experience.
I am so happy I came across this channel. There is so much ranker and stupidity on UA-cam, that this gives me a few delightful moments of sanity. A beautiful presenter, who is equally brilliant with words. I can't help but think there were a few pints behind Leonard Cohen's song Hallelujah, composed from the subject matter of such paintings and verse. I enjoyed how we are each caught in our voyeuristic delights, both in song, painting and ... video!
I mean… wow… what an amazing painting! My take on the other women in the water is that they are Batsheba, as if she is echoing in David’s head. They all have the same hairstyle as her, and one of the women has a pendant that could be part of the pearls braided across her hair.
The way you elaborated everything in the paintings were absolutely help full I mean if I would be there I won't go through all these thoroughly Well done dear and thank-you for this informations I would do my best to bring more subscriber to this channel ... Stay blessed
I read the additional bathing women as actually more snapshots of Bathsheba, illustrating the viewer watching her for more than a glance. The lustful snapshots the king is trying to remember?
You have the most beautiful way of reading the room! That is to say that I've missed so much in paintings before seeing them through your eyes.

That’s a great interpretation! Zucchi was certainly trying to give the viewer views of Bathsheba’s body in the round. :)
Hello Tatiana, please do a clip on the two stairways in the Barbarini Palace. Bernini and Boromini designs.
Sure :)
