I started learning tennis with the continental. Couple months in and I was naturally playing with an eastern (I didn't even know what a grip position was). Nowadays I play the FH with a semiwestern and it's perfect.

For kick serve u said turn toward eastern for more kick. Its toward eastern forehand or eastern back hand?😊

Eastern backhand. It was more common for pros of the 80-90s.
