I now believe that when a person is experiencing hardships that the mind compensates by producing these experiences so the person can cope. It's a biological reflex that has nothing to do with any god. Even the greatest personal experience does not change the fact that experts in the field have been searching for decades and have found no evidence that the exodus ever happened. Which is a shame, because the tone and style changes significantly with the next book. Deuteronomy is poetic and glorius in my opinion, and much less tedius and ritualistic than the priestly/holiness stuff in exodus-numbers. But still extemely culty and fanatical. It really made me wonder: Where did they get flour and olive oil, if they were walking around in the desert? Were there shops selling stuff? Actually, Palestine and the Levant were not desert regions 3000 years ago. They could grow grains and olives - and yet, I've still got to ask how a wandering tribe got them - olive trees still took several years to become fruitful, and grains take a minimum of several months. It wasn't desert then. There was lots of greenery for these animals to eat. And, there's how did they get the precious metals - refined and forged into plates and bowls? I now believe that when a person is experiencing hardships that the mind compensates by producing these experiences so the person can cope. It's a biological reflex that has nothing to do with any god. Even the greatest personal experience does not change the fact that experts in the field have been searching for decades and have found no evidence that the exodus ever happened. Not to mention the fact that it would make no sense since at the time it was supposed to take place Egypt controlled the so called promised land. It really made me wonder: Where did they get flour and olive oil, if they were walking around in the desert? Were there shops selling stuff? There is not a human on the planet who hasn't experienced pain and sorrow, or had a bane, regardless of faith or lack therof. Biblical morality is cruel and destructive, so I really don't care if you think I'm immoral for accepting people for who they are and not giving a crap about weird rules that do nothing but cause harm.

The best proof in life is a personal experience but not the sayings of others. Truth should be fully accessible by all but not some. However, before you can gain a personal experience of something, there are rules to obey. For example, I cannot disprove the existence of germs without exhausting the usage of a microscope. Why would you ignorantly rely on the ideologies of some people where as you can have an empirical experience if it is the Truth. A woman who went to "space tour" said, " I never believed the existence of these cosmos until I saw them with my eyes".
At this moment, I want you to experience the existence of Jesus Christ. In Genesis 12v1, "God told Abraham to leave his father's house and go to the place He will show him". 2Corinthians 6v17 says "Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord." I am not here to proselytise you but to expose you to the Truth. I'd tested islam and paganism before but it was all empty. Bible says "what we've seen and heard that we do testify." If you can be separated from these ideologies of some people and have a week's fellowship with Christ Jesus, you shall testify. 2Corinthians13v11 says, "When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things." If you can be bold as a man, be separated from these ideologies and try Jesus Christ for just a week by accepting, believing and confessing Jesus as your Lord and Personal Saviour and attend a service, you shall know the truth. If you would pray in faith, study the bible and believe and obey Him in all humility, He shall break the yoke around your neck. Jesus will deliver you from that depression, nightmares, pains, sorrow, addiction and all sort of immoralities and banes in your life.
