    Doh je to Sifu Leo for presenting/introducing different martial arts in his channel. Even though he’s a master in Wing Chun and other arts, he empties his cup to learn openly what other systems offer.

    Remarkable teacher. Very rare. To be a good master takes patients and understanding. Not arrogance and intimidation.

    This video really opened my eyes. I can imagine how useful this art would be at elevating grappling such as grip fighting.

    i had to sign in to make sure i got subbed. you did an aikido one where he did a technique and then u countered it and then he countered it and then you did hung gar and countered him. it was absolutely magical. so broken down into minute details. here is my ultimate technique of the week but dont ever show the way to counter it. i also watch the martial wan but i feel your skill level is much higher. he is exceptional for how much hard work he does filming these styles and asks great questions. i just got this element from you that you had a very high level of gung fu. i like to try and see the full first system of styles so i can train it a little bit. might sound crazy but i get so much out of it. still a work in progress but i put the video of 25 % speed and and try and do the motions right. i find my body will on its own try and correct what i did wrong compared to what im watching. its not during the training of it exactly. it is but after like reading a book or doing anything not martial arts id still have more insight. i really like modifications to styles if that makes sense. like how some moves u can do many ways. if nothing else i just wanted to say thank you because your work was the first thing i commented on all day watching kung fu breakdowns. studied some yip man wing chun. heres to success in all your endeavors.

      by first system i mean like sil lim tau in wc. would u do a video on wasted moments. like when trapping and u could have done a different trap and punch and you would save a beat. i really red boat wing chun and the shaolin one. the head kicks are something id like to know.

    I respect all this immensely...however, I feel as functional as this type of Kung Fu..CAN be, how effective is it when you have a person using fast footwork...like an Ali, darting in and out with lightening quick stabbing punches that are retracted even faster than they are thrown. Imagine Bas Rutten hitting from the outside. Or imagine as I said, an Ali. Hmmm.

      We've all tried that against Sifu....it doesn't work hahahahaha

      Lan Tran .......Yeah...but how good are YOU at boxing? And did you REALLY go at him and try to hurt him? Or just fast and respectfully humble due to that he is your Sifu? Think about it.

      This guy is the real deal. He accept challenges. Go find out for yourself.

      TheSman 1 I'm not flying 3,000 miles to punch a guy in the mouth. I'd like to see some very skilled boxers in your area on video testing him. Boxers who are NOT his students.

    • @thesman1715
      @thesman1715 5 років тому +5

      Kevin Meyers u would be flying 3000miles to learn how u can’t punch him in the face.
      I know of a couple high level guys that tried but they refused to put their footage on UA-cam.
      That Leo guy is very humble. True martial artist.

    it looks like BS to many people, but I've had the horror of laying hands with Master Chin in HongKong once, and you're literally paralysed when he has his hands on yours.

    • @thunderflower7998
      @thunderflower7998 5 років тому

      Nerve paralysis..or psychological great respect?.. Any detectable quality that makes opponents hands stick helplessly on his hands?
      Is it like John Chang some sort of electric current?

    • @FredLinSG
      @FredLinSG 5 років тому +3

      Purely physical.. my wrists literally get stuck to Sifu's whether I want it or not, and he is free to manipulate me/my balance around like I'm a rag doll. If I tried to stand still, I'd go down. If I tried to force myself against a certain direction, I'd go down harder. And Sifu isn't even grabbing my wrists, he only has his wrists 'anchored' onto mine.

    • @FredLinSG
      @FredLinSG 5 років тому

      Just looked up John Chang since I've never heard of the name, fascinating stuff!
