Hi, I have the FLISHRC 500 Airwolf and the tail rotor is also very noisy. I want to know after the swap if you changed any setting on the H1 program or did you only swapped the motor and blade?

You don't need to modify the program on the H1; all you need to do is ensure that you have the correct propeller. I have a Bell 206 tail motor modification video that provides detailed information about the different propellers that need to be used, and I believe the Airwolf modification contains the same information.

Also, different propeller pitches, such as a two-blade, three-blader, and or four-blader, will also change the sound. You might have to test different manufactured props.

Someone tested this on their 500-scale FLISH RC Apache 500 and reported that this specific propeller reduced the sound. I plan to purchase one and try it on the AH-6 little Bird, Bell 206 and Airwolf as well.

Interesting video. That tail rotor sound indeed needs to be improved, well done. I also see that you have folded the rotor blades backwards. Is this easy and safe? Do you need to loosen the bolts? Makes transport much easier.

Thank you. It's safe to transport a helicopter with the blades folded, and you don't need to loosen them too much. This is how I store my helicopter on the shelf as well.

@@pilotbowser9980 Thank you, it would indeed be the case that one would not have to loosen the bolts. They should never be too tight (nor too loose, of course).
