Pete, your opening songs are always an inspiration to us guitar players. Gear manufacturers know what they're doing when they send you gear. You always make the most of your time (and ours!). Always swinging for the fences and hitting it out of the park. Thank you for what you do!
As a Zilla 2x12 owner I had to have this plugin. Been using it since it came out and it's fantastic. Not only are the IR's great, the ease of use is really awesome. Blending IRs to taste is very easy. I was getting kind of overwhelmed with some of the popular IR libraries and the tons of choices they give you. But back then I was using Helix Native and auditioning and blending IR's is sort of impossible there. This fills that gap nicely, but would have bought it for just the IR's as well.
I purchased this plugin based on your recommendation Pete. Also, don’t forget Two Notes Wall of Sound is FREE right now and includes several cabs. I think its only free for the next week or so...jump on it.
Loved the comparison between the GGD IRs and the Celestion IRs. We have some many companies doing IRs that can be hard to know which one to get. These sound really really sweet, no shrill high end, which is nice.
I don't believe you said a thing about the Lockdown discount!!! $50 normal, with Lockdown discount it was $33.50... Can't beat it for that price!!! Thanks, Pete!!!
Thanks Pete. Been waiting for a review of this quite affordable cab loader and IR pack. Really like the idea if creating and exporting IR’s. Nice they include room mics as well.
I remember trying Line 6 Pod for the first time. It sounded absolutely horrible. I pretty much hated the whole concept of software guitars until UA got into it and released the 1959SLP and JMP2203 plugins. The last five years have seen many fantastic guitar plugins and IRs, and that makes me very happy. Now finally you do not necessarily need a cab and mic to get a good sound, although I will naturally always favour the real thing (just to be stubborn). Anyway, thanks for the video and damn that Danelectro looks good.
Nice IR loader, will check it out! One thing I miss from a loader I no longer use is built in HP/ LP filters.... hint hint GGD ; ) Great demo as always Pete
My man, Pete! You got great chops my friend. Are you still touring with the awesome act that I think you're a regular in? I can't remember the name of the show, the Masters of Rock maybe? Anyways, you rock man. I'm going stir crazy with the virus rolling around. But that don't mean I can't give out some well deserved compliments. You're awesome and I think you should do a "theme" album like Floyd or Dream theatre. You got it in you. What say you?
Thanks for the great review Pete. I tried to but it using the discount link but couldn't get it it to work. Do you have any other working discount links for this? Thanks again...
Hi Pete. Do i need something like a Two notes Torpedo to Grab the power AMP output to pc and use ir's , or can i go from my FX loop direct to the PC and then using Cab sim in DAW. And are there differences in quality? Thanks to Pete vor an other Person that can help me. Pete ur amazing!
Thanks for watching! Yes a good load box is the best way to get the signal into your computer. Two Notes, Suhr Reactive Liad, Ox, etc. This will capture the entire sound of your amplifier properly
Yes correct. For the PT 15 we have a little converter program that needs to be used if the file isn’t exactly the right format (mono 48k), I haven’t tried exporting and importing yet into the amp to see if that little program needs to be used after exporting from Zilla- but either way, yes you can export a .wav IR with Zilla that you can use in other units.
What wouldn't sound amazing with your playing, Pete? You're awesome!
Awesome, glad you like it Pete.
Just when I was thinking on buying GGD Zilla Cabs, Pete makes the decision waaay easier! Thanks a lot for this demo!

Oh look... there's Steve amp still. Pete's holding it hostage! haha
Hey Steve , how much did you want for the amp?
I guess Im kind of randomly asking but does anybody know a good site to watch newly released tv shows online?
@Jack Lian i watch on FlixZone. You can find it by googling :)
@Major Keanu yup, I have been watching on Flixzone for months myself :D
@Major Keanu Thanks, I went there and it seems like they got a lot of movies there =) I appreciate it !!

Weird, I JUST bought this plugin last night and didn't even see this. Best cab sim plugin I've used. Its given my Eleven Rack a new reason to exist.
I bought it today 😊!!!
It's mind blowing.
I really appreciate the Wall of Sound plugin and Two Notes iRs but this GGD is OMG!

That intro song was amazing! At this price also, I’ll definitely go grab it.

Yeah, cab Sims? Let's just talk about that guitar intro!! Holy smokes! So bad ass from beginning to end!!
Thanks!!!

That FM3 on the desk looks great ;)
Pete where you using the Digiteck FreQout on that solo at the first? It boggles my mind how you got that killer feedback all through the solo!!
Yes exactly!
Super sounds and great playing as always!
That Danelectro 66 baritone is so badass

Great demo Pete sounds awesome.
Thanks!
Very cool, this could be another time robber ;-) I'm Ok with my Redwirez Mix 3, but the phase allignment is a great option.
The black Signature without the pickup rings is my favourite.
Great info, Pete! Always love your vids
Sounds Great! Thanks Pete! CHEERS!
Thanks for the great review Pete. I tried to but it using the discount link but couldn't get it it to work. Do you have any other working discount links for this? Thanks again...
Very cool! Going to check out...
Hey Pete I was watching your old clinch FX preamp video from about 10 years ago, still have that red 335? Bust it out brother
I'm pretty sure I was about to buy this anyway but a brand new video by Pete Thorn double confirmed my order, $33.50 what a bargain!
Looks/sounds killer!
Bought and up and running. Holy smokes!
You have any thoughts on this vs ML’s MIKKO Zilla IRs?
What drums are you using in this intro track?

@@PeteThorn Thx, appreciate it.
Nice video!
Hi. So, can a mix of IR’s done in the Zilla plug be merged and exported as a new, single IR for use in - say the Helix or the PT15 ?
I’ve used the plugin to do this for my AxeFX so I’d imagine so
Yes correct.
