As crazy as my life is as a wife, new momma, and full time teacher, I've found that scheduling my entire day (from wakeup to bedtime) has helped my sanity and helped me to have more rest and down time and to keep my home cleaner because it's all scheduled. It's okay if your days don't look like this!!! ❤️
Some tips are to try to breathe when you feel you're going to get mad, don't watch so much social media (pinterest but make sure its not crazy like news or gossip) , and try to enjoy your life by going for a walk, bike ride ect... Finally, you can try to be more independent so u can have your day not borring
A few coffee tips (from a barista!): heavy cream (whipping cream) will explode when you insert the milk into the steam wand. It has always happened to me and it sucks:( Normal coconut, almond, or any other milk alternatives won't froth on its own. To get a nice frothy micro foam you need a barista series of milk alternatives. The best milk to froth is whole milk because it is high in sugar and protein. It takes 30 pounds of pressure to extract the best shot of espresso. Don't be afraid to tamp those grounds! Also, cinnamon on top of lattes and cappuccinos has been a GAME CHANGER!!!

I have a recipe for you : Mashed Yuca Get the frozen bag from Goya. Boil yuca until tender. Cut longwise and remove woody core. Mash with some of its water. Add olive oil , a bit of lemon , sprinkle with some garlic. Yum! Enjoy!

It’s better to steam/froth the milk first and then brew the espresso because if espresso stays not mixed with something it “dies” and it loses the smooth taste of it. I hope this helps.
