One thing that I admire about you is that you're real about the curveballs that life can throw.... You aren't afraid to tell us when something doesn't go right. You don't just highlight the good stuff. You let us in when something fails. This is real. I feel like some channels only show the good stuff and makes the viewer think they never have an "off" day. Allison, I’ve been a barista for over 8 years! :) wanted to give you a small tip for streaming. After you steam if you tap your steaming pitcher on the counter to pop some of the larger air bubble and then swirl your milk to combine the air bubbles you’ve created and the milk then your milk will have a more consistent texture. It won’t be just all foam on top :)

You’re so precious Allison! 💗 The Crown was my 2020 obsession. I had never watched it and during lockdown decided to start it and binged all 4 seasons by the time the 4th season came out! It’s so good. Can’t wait for you to watch all of it! And I completely agree about it being cinematically beautiful and some of the locations are seriously stunning! Gotta add them to my ever growing travel bucket list!

I love this video 🤍 and some barista advise, i would steam your milk first because once you pull the espresso shots you have about 10 seconds till they die and what that means is they turn black and become bitter. When its brown its rich with flavor and beautiful and you want to make your coffee then whens it way more tasteful then when it dies.
