Allison, I’ve been a barista for over 8 years! :) wanted to give you a small tip for streaming. After you steam if you tap your steaming pitcher on the counter to pop some of the larger air bubble and then swirl your milk to combine the air bubbles you’ve created and the milk then your milk will have a more consistent texture. It won’t be just all foam on top :)

I love this video 🤍 and some barista advise, i would steam your milk first because once you pull the espresso shots you have about 10 seconds till they die and what that means is they turn black and become bitter. When its brown its rich with flavor and beautiful and you want to make your coffee then whens it way more tasteful then when it dies.
