This is my favourite Melanie’s unreleased. This sont was apparently supposed to be for After School EP, but I feel like it would be much better in Portals.
It reminds me of notebook as notebook means you have a lover who doesnt care about you and the relationship, this song is sort of like that.
When she says “a maze I’m” it lowkey sounds like amazing. Kinda like the other person succeeded at making something bad feel amazing

Lowkey can we agree that sometimes listening to unreleased songs are good? Like, i'm stating those songs who are actually never going to make it, as in, no album could have the song as it won't fit, those types of songs are the one that i feel like were actually allowed to listen to, but it's up to the artist whether they want us to listen or not because some songs are a masterpiece

I know it’s wrong to listen to the unreleased music if the artist doesn’t like it. But Melanie’s unreleased songs had so much potential and it makes me curious to what we could’ve had so I like listening to them, it doesn’t make me less of a fan or anything, im not a bad person or a full on stalker for it 💀 They’re all so good and a lot of them, like Maze, sound so pretty!🤗
