How to Draw a Retro Mascot Character Design in Procreate, Timelapse Video

Today we are going to design a retro mascot character bowl with poke filling, using style inspiration from the classic 1930 cartoon style or the rubber hose style. Cartoon character with an object, crooked hands and white gloves. The application we use is Procreate which is available on the App Store.
