I'm getting SRS in like 81 days and honestly having genital dysphoria is kind of handy, because I just don't want to date until afterwards (when I'm already pretty far transitioned) That being said, I have NO idea wtf my sexuality is LMAO

I can relate to the part were you said that you felt they rejected you from the way you are. I remember I felt that way about myself when telling my friends and one of my family members about my sexuality. I’m so happy that you were able to look past all of that and find positives through all of that.
As someone who currently feels undesirable and longing for any embrace of love... Hearing your similar experiences made me realise that I'm not alone in this! Hearing that you found osmeone you loved has given me a little more hope that soon I'll find that someone who will both accept me for who I am, and love me for who I am. Thank you Scribbs :)
Thanks scribbs for talking a tuff topic. I'm still adjusting to my trans femininity. And I'm still at times confused just what gender I am attracted to. Since hormones I've become much more attracted to men than I thought I ever could be. And I enjoy being with a man. But I am equally still attracted to women. Although at times I think my attraction toward women is more a strong admiration of how beautiful they are and my longing to be as beautiful. I consider myself Bi and am open to relationships with both genders. Also trying to navigate dating through the LGBTQ community has shown it's own challenges as well. So thank you Scribbs for opening up and bring to light a much needed conversation. Keep strong girl, you're awesome...🥰🥰🥰

As an aroace person who’s gender apathetic and possibly gendervoid, I can kinda relate to this. I never really felt any romantic attraction to anyone, and actually thought a fangirl/ boy was just someone who look up to someone and not you-know-what. I never really realized until now, and everything suddenly makes sense. Same thing applies to my gender identity. I know this was extremely off-topic, but I just wanted to say that. I’m just a regular boy, straight and welp. There’s that. Tho my friends nowadays are mostly just ppl who are very much into the LGBTQ+ community. Even tho I don’t relate to a lot of the issues in this video (It’s still sad that ya had to find out the hard way tho), I do have a … “girlfriend”, or atleast… a partner in female body. ‘She’ is asexual (and I knew that from the very start of our atm 6 months + 3 days relationship) and ‘she’ is still struggling to find out what gender she really feels like she belongs to, despite being in a female body. A few years ago when I was just starting with the whole dating-thing (I'm a gay guy btw) and was still kind of terrified about it all, an old friend told me something I still quote to this day. "Think of socializing like throwin a pair of dice at the casino - shit's all a gamble, but it's a gamble worth riskin your chips for" Idk why, but that always stuck with me.. 'cause, you know, there are no chips you're actually putting at risk here. It's just time. Time, patience, and a big ol' treasure at the end of it all, as well as possible other wins such as meeting new people who will turn out to be new friends for life - as long as you keep rolling the dice, and don't get discouraged if you lose a game or three. I literally thought I was aro-ace until I transitioned, I started dating someone a few months ago and suddenly realized there may have been a different reason I was avoiding relationships, I am still ace, very rarely do I experience sexual attraction, but I definitely want a relationship once I am a bit more comfortable with my body
I'm a demisexual transfem so all of this is frankly fascinating. I only ever catch feelings for people I know well enough to not fall into any of those pitfalls either way. Which is slow and kinda random but has it's perks too. Also I usually watch storytime art channels so this is 100% ok.
It's a very universal fear for a lot of people but luckily it's also a fear that's mostly unjustified. The possibility of finding someone, feels so far away when you view yourself under scrutiny as much as trans people do, but the actual possibility might be closer than you think
