Since a couple of mistakes myself and of course the wife in my ear I always read the instructions first. Has saved me a few times with the constant changes in technology
I love this and all of your videos, Chris. I have learned a great deal. Plus, I love the travel videos... just like being there with you and Jen, like a free-ride.
Excellent quality of video Chris. I have a few harbor freight winches, but may have to consider getting a 12 volt compressor like this one. I would love to see an in depth walkthrough of your garage, and tool boxes, I’ve been looking at a few snap on boxes to purchase in my area.
Looks like you could possibly squeeze a small jumpbox in with the compressor. Also wonder if you can use the jumpbox to power the compressor without blowing a fuze. This would come in handy for the cars where you damn near have to disassemble half the car to get to a jump point or battery.
Great vid Chris, what was the guy mocking up that he needed the front for? That winch is a beast, looks very well made and quite capable. Have a good one!
Thanks. And he needed it for a Ranchero that got in an accident. his body guy wanted this one since it was straight and he would be able to take some measurements and such
would of liked to see the compressor do a couple tires upto 80psi, i run alot of 3/4 and 1ton stuff, 7k axle trailers in tow, i always need 50-80psi i have a similar compressor i picked one out on amazon that looked heavy duty even came with alligator clamps to attach directly to the battery instead of the fused interior socket.. but filling one tire to even 60psi has it struggling hot and sounding unhappy its been doing what i ask so far but slowly can tell it wont survive forever
Great review. Are these fed with ofc? Or are they copper clad aluminum wires? I know lots of Chinese companies are switching to cca to cut cost, but the cables just don’t flow the same, and definitely don’t hold up the same. I know it’s a short run off these things, but still would love to know.
My 16’ lowboy trailer is set up just like yours. The Warn Winch needs solenoids so I haven’t used it. I’m using a new deep cycle battery. When fully charged, how work can I expect? For instance, if I were to pull a tractor onto the trailer. Would it be one and done? Or can I expect more out of the battery? Obviously, new winch owner. Great video bud.
That 13000 pound winch you got for your car trailer it doesn’t look very strong pls the synthetic winch rope is cheap and water can decompose that synthetic winch rope over time

Hey Chris, both look like they are a decent unit. Thanks for the reviews! 👍
I like the way you mounted the winch to the trailer. I have a box on mine like yours and was wondering how to mount the winch, now I know (thank you)
I bought this winch ,it's really good

Do a video on that old Mercedes at that junkyard!! Looks like maybe it's a fuel injected gas engine
I do not see the links to the products. Love the videos.
Oh my grab that Mercedes coup in back talk about a good project

Looks like a solid piece. Hopefully the miswire didn't hack up the wireless receiver. I need one!
Yeah. Time will tell. I'll definitely be beating on it. And no I don't think it messed anything up. It just didn't have an excellent ground
GOOD VID
Good job 👍
🔥🔥🔥🔥

I don't 100% recall, but yes I think they were copper if I remember right

Thumbs up 👍
Yo Christopha ur a pretty cool guy
Suprised no Jeep guys bought it just for the axles, thats a 78 79 F250 Chassis.
I did end up finally selling the axles to a Jeep guy. That was pretty much all we kept off this rig
its always a good idea to unspool and respool under load to help make rope last longer
look for a 1969 GTX car to do a video on and i would like a shout out
👍👌👏
Found it under transcript-more
