You are aware that the majority of elite athletes is on 24/7/365, just sometimes goes harder for a couple weeks/months to peak and then drops down to baseline 'TRT' for health recovery? Going 'off' is not common. Takes too many months/years to get back to healthy T levels again after suppressing T for so long, they would feel awful and lose a ton of muscle.
