Good video mate. Subbed. I have a 2013 A4 Avant S line with loads of extras like nappa leather and rotors, surely this car has a decent multimedia system. Surely? LOL. I learned more about my car in 3 minutes than i have since i got it! Joy. I tried playing a CD the other day and gave up.
What i have seen on Audis, is that you pay for every option. In the UK you will see B&O sound and low spec media. Good inside media options and no Xenon & Led . You don't have like on the Honda/Toyota/Hyundai trim levels and you will get all the good stuff as a bundle. So make sure you get what you want.

Your best bet at finding this info is on www.audizine.com/ . personally i have never had the need to upgrade the MMI because my car had already the 3G system. also note that you will have to remove Component protection for your car at the dealer or at someone that has the tools. On Audi you need to remove that even for a Climate control unit upgrade ... let me know if you succeed. all the best

I got a Audi A4 Quattro base just basic radio and Bluetooth I bought a part that was like 30$ you connect to a charger through the back port on the arm rest in the middle and it has a headphone jack that goes inside the arm rest when you open it up and that’s it you press a button and it’ll start blinking blue and once you connect to your phone it makes a sound

I do not know of a coding procedure for such a thing. I suspect that there is a malfunction with the electric/mechanical parts inside, as mirrors should have a power stop. keep me up to date with how you manage to solve it.

Alea cu display rosu la speedo sunt lower spec. acum la treaba cu cel central .. cu cat e mai avansat mmiul cu atat are si displayul rezolutie mai mare. cauta macar cu butoanele in jurul schimbatorului si in cel mai rau caz faci retrofit dupa la instrument cluster. dar eu personal as cauta cu ambele color si butoane in jurul schimbatorului. astea ca optiuni schimba atmosfera in masina ;)
By the way lets say we have 2 identical cars, one without MMi , another with MMi. How much extra is the other valued more? I mean second hand 2010 year car, not how much mmi cost when it was new. Is this a big feature? My car salesman friend mentioned that it is much easier to sell with MMi, but from my standpoint - MMi does not add much benefit... I mean I can listen to the music without MMi... Other functions also not very necessary imho. What is your take?
Without the MMI you don't have all the nice button next to the gearshifter and from my point of view the interior loses it Vavavum. Yes you can buy an aftermarket system that mimics the MMI and it is even better but that is something that i would do in extreme situations. Let's say you find a car that has low mileage, nice seats, sunroof and has a good overall price, that is when i would get it without MMI and use the aftermarket option. Search for: 10.25" Android screen Navigation for Audi and you will see what i am referring at .

Yes. From the research I've been doing you have to buy a bluetooth unit to hook up to the 30 pin connector in the glovebox. Tune2Air sells them along with some others.
the only aux that you can have on that car is in the glove box. It is called AMI. Usually you need a AMI cable to use it. Now this being said there are AMI cables with a clasic jack but also I have seen AMI cables that let you use USB & also stream audio via Bluetooth. Hope it helps.
The b8.5 allroad I'm looking at doesn't have mmi, just the concert radio. Does that seem weird? It seems like a car of that price should have navigation...
i am tempted to say yes. if you have the 2 card + dvd + juckebox without the joystick on the mmi knob then 99% chances for you to be right. hope that it helps

You could gave marked the photos, which exactly parts looks different :) Or is the whole part under the gear shift exactly the same for 2g and 3g (I am asking in terms of identification from pictures, because in reality you could check if it has SD cards for example, but only from pictures you only see those buttons)
The 2G mmi will have the CD in the middle and the 6 buttons under it. For the 2G and 3G the lower part ... the one that is next to the gearshifter is the same.

Iar prin dotari ma refer la: 1.Farul cu LED si xenon. 2.MMI cu butoanele langa schimbator. 3.Stopurile cu LED. 4.Suspensia Sport. dupa care daca mai ai si sonorizarea de la B&O si trapa as zice ca ai o masina completa ... a si sa nu uitam de senzori de parcare.
@@robertionut3974 Depinde cum iti este norocul. Mai toate masinile in ziua de azi au nevoie la un moment dat de Ambreiaj + Volanta. Mai apoi unele cutii de viteza vor avea o problema cu un rulment ce se misca in carcasa, iar in rest chestii mici. Cauta un service/mecanic bun specializat in Audi si ai sa ai viata buna. Per total desi am cheltuit ceva banuti cu reparatii, nu regret alegerea facuta. Este important sa iti placa masina.

How can I program the folding mirrors on my 2010 A6 if they are maxing out forwards in the out position but fold in find in folded position?

Get VCDS and start trouble shooting. also Audi has something called "component protection" that might not be allowing you to swap the pats.

facelifts with joystick on a knob has 3g+ only? or it could be 3g high also?

If you have the AMI port you can buy a Bluetooth adapter and get music from you phone.
Only USB key is recognized by the system, other material isn't

Mmi nav is optional. Even on a6. At least before facelift.

Salut pot pune navigație dacă nu am portul aux sau AMI am instalat bluetooth pe frecventa radio și ma pot conecta cu telefonul și ascultata muzica și navigație de pe telefon in același timp .Mersi

daca intrebarea ta este cum poti sa iti dai seama ca ai o varianta non MMI . radio only . raspunsul e simplu ... daca in poze nu ai rotita aia sub schimbator... este clar poate fi Chorus Concert sau Symphony
ma refeream la audi sound system,adica sitemul cu subwoofer si 10 boxe,sau toate masinile dotate Symphony sau Concert vin si cu audi sound system? multumesc pentru raspuns
sistemul lor de top e Bang & Oluftsen ... si il recunosti usor pt ca e scris numele asta pe fiecare boxa (sau aproape pe fiecare boxa). in plus boxele au un cerculet de plastic la interior

@@BestCarMods adica la audi a4 b8 2008 consola de la cutia de viteze vine simpla decat cu frana de mana .volum.asp.si un buton pentru parcare . Eu am schimbato cu una ca la a 6 su modelu a4 cu joystik acum eu nustiu ce cablu imi trebuie pentru a conecta consola asta ca nu am acel cablu
@@corleone4852 sa sti ca nu am auzit ca cineva sa fi reusit sa faca panoul de MMI sa mearga pe masina care nu are si unitatea corecta. Tu ai Audi Symphony ( asta fiind masina non MMI ) si vrei sa mearga butoanele. Ceea ce ai putea sa faci e sa reusesti sa le alimentezi pt a avea ledurile aprinse dar nu cred ca ai sa reusesti sa le faci si sa aiba functionalitate. ... in materie de cabluri pt audi poti sa cauti aici www.kufatec.com/en

Am văzut ca ai filmat despre un audi a4 b8. Ce părere ai despre mașina ca ma cam bate engleza 🤣
@@robertionut3974 Daca gasesti un A4 cu dotari pe el si cu 170+ caluti vei fi foarte multumit. Iar prin dotari ma refer la: 1.Farul cu LED si xenon. 2.MMI cu butoanele langa schimbator. 3.Stopurile cu LED. 4.Suspensia Sport. dupa care daca mai ai si sonorizarea de la B&O si trapa as zice ca ai o masina completa ... a si sa nu uitam de senzori de parcare.
Dar sunt problematice ca si mașini? Sau e o masina care "trage cu casa"
@@robertionut3974 Depinde cum iti este norocul. Mai toate masinile in ziua de azi au nevoie la un moment dat de Ambreiaj + Volanta. Mai apoi unele cutii de viteza vor avea o problema cu un rulment ce se misca in carcasa, iar in rest chestii mici. Cauta un service/mecanic bun specializat in Audi si ai sa ai viata buna. Per total desi am cheltuit ceva banuti cu reparatii, nu regret alegerea facuta. Este important sa iti placa masina.
