As an adult figure skater I want more mobility in my hips. My hips are so stiff, so I hope all these hip mobility excercises will help me. Great videos! I already have lots of muscle pain haha so it is working.

Thanks Ieva for this challenge coz it mad me realise my hip mobility is not in the best shape at all ... especially the High-stepping routine with the book on the knee + elbow combo --- that one is too hard at the moment! It's difficult for me to lift my knee to my elbow let alone hold that position 😅 Hopefully, it'll get better :) Thanks again!
It's so curious to notice these little differences between one side and the other! And so natural for us all to have one stronger part or more flexible etc 💪🏽

Thank you for this challenge day 2, it felt great! The block in between the inner knee was the most intense for me, I kept losing balance hahah.

Lifting the knee with the block on top and pushing with the elbow was intense for me - all of them were challenging in different ways though 🙏🏻

The last move with the block behind the knee was the trickiest for me to keep the. Lock in and hold my balance.

I did day 1 three days ago but now imma try to be consistent everyday. First exercise was the hardest for me got sore real fast 😂😅

I felt the rotation with block more in the glutes.🦾
