Want to make engaging and effective gamified e-learning but you don't have a lot of time, budget or inspiration? No problem. The secret is to not overthink it.
In this video, I'll show you my step-by-step method for building custom gamified e-learning based on YOUR content and learning objectives. And to prove that it can be done in 2 days, I'll build one right before your eyes.

    Caveats:
    - I don't recommend building something "real" without user testing; testing would ideally happen at least at the prototype stage and the content complete (alpha) milestone.
    - I didn't bother adding sound to this program (since I was talking over the video), but it's something I highly recommend, especially for positive feedback.
    Personal notes:
    - Ironically, the game really was made in 2 days, but the video took months! Any brilliant ideas on speeding up that process are welcome :)
    - In making this I’ve been amazed with all the beautiful work photographers are sharing on the public domain. Thank you.

This is an amazing video! I spent too much time focusing on the aesthetics and would end up scraping my project altogether! Now I learnt to set a good base and concept first then focus on the designs 😊

Just found your content a couple of days ago, and am lapping it up! Thank you so much for sharing this end-to-end example. Great to hear that it just took 2 days - that's amazing! (And sorry the video took far longer. Sadly, I don't have any tips or resources to share on that ☹)
