Permanent total disablement refers to when you are completely disabled for the rest of your life due to illness and injuries because of which you can no longer work and earn money. For example, loss of limbs, loss of eyesight, paralysis, etc. Permanent Disablement means Injury which having lasted for a continuous period of 12 months from the date of the Accident, with no hope of improvement and will in all probability continue for the rest of the Person's life.

Under Section 4A employer is bound to make "provision payment" based on the extent of liability which he accepts. So mam Jo aapne padhaya hai woh galat hai and incomplete hai. Poora payment nhi pay karega employer. He will only pay in proportion to which he accepts his liability. And simple interest 12% lagega ya phir the highest lending rate of any schedule commercial bank as the central govt may specify. No interest rate specified by central govt can exceed the maximum lending rate of schedule commercial bank. Knowledge toh atleast poori do.
Ma'am please clarify whether diseases listed in occupational disease are eligible for compensation or not, because in part b of schedule 3 it's written that they are deemed out of course of employment and employer will not be liable to pay compensation
Poora act hi galat padhaya hai. Part A of schedule 3 requires no continuous period. Part B of schedule 3 requires continuous period service of 6 months (excluding the service period UNDER ANY OTHER EMPLOYER in same kind of employment). And for part c of schedule 3 the Continuous period required will be specified by the CENTRAL GOVT (not 6 months as you taught). And INJURIES UNDER PART B of schedule 3 are also deemed to be an injury by accident within the meaning of this act. Ese bohot saare galat facts hai jo in mam ne padhaye hai. Jab act padhke samjhne ka caliber nahi hai toh kuch bhi padha k baccho ko boldo ki aapko act nhi padhna hai. Baccha toh waise hi nhi padhega ek baar jajab aapne padha Diya. Kyuki yeh bacche toh kamchor hai. Inka toh samjh aata hai. Par aap as a teacher toh kamchori mat Karo Bhai. Humara future depend karta hai ispe.
