- Its HOT at the Mazithi Dam in a very dry Kruger National Park.
Temperature exceeding 41 °C.
Watch all types of Animals visiting the nearly dry muddy pool of the dam trying to cool off.
Animals like Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino (3 of the BIG 5 together), Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Warthog and even birds can be seen in this video sharing the muddy dam.

Beautiful video! Wonderful seeing many different animals all trying to cool off in the muddy, dwindling waterhole. So many buffaloes, and elephants trying to be intimidating. Always love seeing the zebras. And I even spied a warthog. Lovely seeing the storks and other birds, as well.
Incredible sighting❣ Scorching heat! Many animals, in their droves all congregating & jostle at the shrinking waterholes for a chance to cool down & splash around in the mud, provides a protective layer shielding them from insect bites & the sun but tempers flare in the heat☝Thank you🙌Africa Adventures😊Spectacular viewing💞impressive wildlife.

If you are really interested go May to July. it is winter there, low mosquito problem. wont need most vaccinations. Once you make that trip, you are hooked for life.

Seeing the different animals all trying to get cool on a very hot 🔥 day in Africa just reminds me of us humans we gather at a pool trying to stay cool and then comes some bigger people who bully others..and I don't mean this in any rude way I just think it's funny they act just like we would, when I'm hot I get a little attitude myself no harm...lol I love these videos and keep them coming...thank you

The elephants say dam these buffalo are taking all the space but they handle it nicely. Not really wanting to as they left. I notice the bigger elephant urged a little more space in order to lay in the mud, don't blame him, to lay in the presence of surrounding buffaloes can't feel to promising, need space. Thanks. 👍

I remember this temperature... I was so uncomfortable in my house, I can just imagine how it was in the wild. These animals are wise, fighting would have increased the body temp

And some wait in the sun for their chance of mud bathing. They are so significant in joining in, it has to be enough of the same to advance on in for the mud bath, these guys know how to live .
