I'm very interested in the reversing camera capability of this unit, not to mention the web radio station capability which is really useful in Australia when the various regional stations are variable quality. I can see little, to not much out of the rear of my '88 convertible. Hopefully this unit won't be too expensive down under. Great find and video.
I made a video on removing the oem radio just to get the serial number for the radio code that the car didn't come with. If the car had an after market radio I might have considered upgrading to one of these
Jaguar are really special in every regard 😅
But I'm glad you get so much joy out of it, tinkiering with such an oddball 😄

How does the on screen android keyboard work on such a small display?
at 26:50 VR notes say that it does NOT support wireless AA but at 31:25 your notes say that android wireless does work. Which is it?
The documentation from the unit said no but the unit indeed does do wireless AA.
I guess there are no single din radios that would actually fit properly. All of them seem to stick out...
I was hoping for the video with on more vacuum system that we talked about before .
That one is half edited. This one just got out first. The vacuum system one has some confusing bits I gotta clean up. I should have it out next!
@@VortexGarage thanks looking forward to seeing it .
