Absolutely beautiful.First time I have seen your video. Sadly due to my age and to the weight, of hanging baskets, I can't do heavy gardening. About 40 years ago I had around 4 hanging baskets, 2 window boxes plus front, side and rear garden. Absolutely loved it. Your garden is beautiful kept, looks pristine. Thank you. 👍 😊

I love the prism pink lemonade calibrachoas! Found and bought two last spring - they did fantastic! I’m in zone 6b, so I had to overwinter them in the greenhouse, but they still look great in my hanging baskets this year! Enjoy them! Love your baskets and garden!

When I plant my round hanging baskets,I put them on a bucket or large pot.
I used that method too. Works pretty well. 🌿🌿

Stunning!! I wish I had luck with superbells, aphids are so bad this year.
Thanks so much. Just a quick tip for the aphids... I have sometimes seen them on my supercells and supertunias... I've tried spraying before, but that can get a little messy even with organic spray. You may want to try a systemic fertilizer. That has been helpful when I see these little pests causing problems. I included the link below:

Thanks so much for stopping by. That's a funny story... About 25 years ago, the table just appeared in our back yard. Someone must have mistakenly delivered it to the wrong house. No one ever came back to see about the mistake. So , yeah, we were gifted a table from someone. LOL. As for the chairs, those were purchased a couple years ago from Lowes. Have a great day.
I have lots of plastic paint buckets left after a major paint job of the house. I was thinking of using them as plant holders, meaning I want to take my plants which are growing in different size and shapes of clay pots, and put the whole clay pot in the plastic buckets.I will put a layer of stones in the bucket for drainage and put my clay pot on it. I will have to do some diy to make buckets look pretty! I think this way I can achieve some uniformity in the looks of my plants, as well as keep my tiled floors tidy as there would be no water drainage or soil on the floor.I could simply remove the whole clay pot, clean the bucket and put the pot back whenever the need arises.

I am curious what nursery you shop from? None of my PW plants looks as healthy as yours when I bought them this year.
Hello there. So, I order most of them from Proven Winners in the Fall. They come relatively small so I allow them to grow in their cans for a number of weeks. I find that that really gives them the best start. In this case, they were in their cans for a little longer than I would like. Since I have been so busy, I put this project off for a while. Taking care of them and giving them water soluble fertilizer every week really gets them ready. I kind of think of it as taking on the growers duties. LOL.
Also, every so often I find them on clearance at Lowe's and then treat them the same way... giving them time to rebound. :)
Gorgeous baskets and so pleased to see you using gloves! So many UA-cam gardeners just dive into the potting mix with bare hands and risk cuts and infections. Thanks for another informative and beautiful video!
@@williamsgardening Oh good to know. I could not find the varieties for the most part at the nurseries so I ordered some too but not early like you did. That is what I will do next year so they have a better start plus you can choose from all the good varieties. Thanks for answering.
You would need VERY strong hooks to hang something this big and heavy!

Omg I used to put supervista bubblegum in my hanging baskets
It’s full sun all day and the plants die about august
So this year we planted fake flowers and everyone comments on how pretty they are
We also have 4 pots facing south that had boxwoods in them and they all died
But I found these fake blue looking arborvitae and from the road looks great.
