You're someone that will always remind me of how our gen grew up as YT grew big. Nearly a decade later I still smile remembering falling in love with your goofy humor. Hang in there, I wish you all the best. Stay safe, take care, I don't have any tipps sadly, just a small few words how you entertained me and my friends and to say thank you 💝

Hello thank you for sharing your research with us. Me too I'm fighting cancer. Me too love to do research and want to heal naturally so I've learned that long period fasting too is very helpful to detoxify the cells I've done my long term fasting last year for 21 days and got some pretty good news the size of the tumor diminished. Try the long term fasting after the 3 first days you will not feel hungry anymore and you will be full of energy.
    Wish you all the best
    Camilla

Yes, I find it's easy after the first three days! I've also started making & drinking colloidal silver. Papa Smurf added salt in the brewing process, so he wasn't making colloidal silver, he was making a compound called SILVER CHLORIDE. ☮️💞🙏

intermittent fasting, dry fasting, etc. is no doubt uncomfortable except for a tiny minority of us that happen to not mind it but the fact is it's SUPPOSED to be uncomfortable. just as most of us don't like cleaning out the garage that is exactly what you're doing except it's your entire body.
while obviously you don't want to let it spill over into outright anorexia i wholeheartedly believe that in addition to healthy food choices for optimum health you should eat just enough to keep yourself alive.

Best of luck with you considering your health!
I have seen some video discussing about I.F. and chemotherapy, how the healthy cells when you are in fasted state change and "close" themselves, the cancer cells do not, so chemo affect less the healthy cells, from my experience when someone has cancer a normal weight person -even a fat one- is extremely easy to lose weight and should be cautious, loosing too much is negative, the loss of appetite it may be a defense of the body or just a side effect so he should be careful to not starve himself and lose weight too much and get below normal.
Starvation and I.F. are not the same.
I discovered I.F. 3 years ago were I lost about 15 kiilos, at the beginning it was hard, I ate 6 hours 12 :00 to 18:00 and I fasted the rest, it was nightmare I kept checking the clock for when my fast ends to start eating, I normally don't eat sweets ,sodas junk etc but I eat a lot and exercise very little to none!
Well now my relationship with food has changed, I know its no a big deal to skip a meal or two, what matters is what you eat, if you cook your meal, if it is balanced and for how many hours a day are you in a fasted condition, the more I have fasted is 3 days, only water, but then I had to cook for a friend and I begun salivate and ..... my will broke XD, I was planing to fast 4 days, the last 2 month I use I.F and I lost about 7kg. I like to eat a lot and frankly 2 big meals a day suits me more than 5 meals a day.

Great to see you doing your research and developing plans.
Most conventional doctors and nutritionists scoff at what you've learned as there are few studies to support it. The problem is that there's no money in a solution that involves "sleep more" and "alter your eating patterns".
Intermittent fasting isn't the easiest thing to start. We spend a lifetime developing our eating times and tastes. The 16/8 method is a good start. Recent data from some other studies indicates that periodic fasts of at least two days geometrically increase the cell replacement, hgh and insulin impacts. (Entering ketosis makes it a lot easier to go longer once it kicks in. You're body will usually "tell you" it's time to eat again by the fourth day.)
    Thanks for sharing!

Good video, though I get so frustrated when people mention sleep like many of us are just staying up late or too stressed. Many of us ARE trying to do all the right things re: sleep and still wake up too early or have trouble falling asleep, esp as you age and hormones drop that help you sleep. Insomnia isn't mental; its often physical.

Welcome back Taryn! love seeing you here again
Another good one is switching to keto diet, for at least 6 weeks, and that alone will help your body at lot, even if you don't continue on it after the 6 weeks
PD. there's a typo on the title, is autophagy, not autogaphy

Suppressed and unresolved emotional issues can cause havoc on the body. A memory buried alive never dies. I'm learning to rewrite /change how I view past issues/traumas. You can change how you view and represent those memories by addressing how you feel. I suppose there's many ways to go about it but I've been using the healing modality eutaptics. It's a life saver. Glad you're doing well.

    • @TarynSouthern

Makes sense, once you are a cancer survivor, you know 100% you are susceptible to recurrence, so unless you want to invite it again, you have to be in the defensive for the rest of your life. Autophagy and immune boosting through regular fasting and keeping insulin down is a priority

South Koreans freaking love Red Ginseng. Like maybe they don't fully believe in some of the stuff, or they wouldn't preach it to you, they'd still superstitiously take some before a test or a big day you know? So it would be interesting to hear about it

Also a high dose of Vitamin D (at least 4000 Units per day) Vitamin E (all tocopherols) , Vitamin C and Selen (200μg per day)

Thanks for sharing. Great informative advice! I am definitely a believer in fasting. I do 18:6 intermittent fasting daily with keto. I have two well balanced meals daily over six hours. No snacks in between. I will do prolong fast (3+ days) several times throughout the year for therapeutic purposes. I avoid fruit (except berries), starches, grains, sugar, soy, refined carbs and processed foods. I currently have a daily regimen of two workouts during this COVID-19 stay at home era. I go for a bike ride early in the morning and I do a crossfit bodyweight routine in the evening indoors. I keep it simple so I do not have to over think it. Cheers!
