Thanks, this really help me. I am going to a job interview tomorrow for food auditee and looking for some detail about how or what ppl do in food safety area. I really like this tutorial and I think it gave me some idea on what to say to convince the company to hire me XD. And I think it also expand my knowledge in food safety, give me new angle to think of beside what I learn in uni - numbers n laws n management etc.
