Delete all of the game data and delete the game. You have to delete your game profile from the saved data. Then reinstall

You need to make sure you’re signed into PSN and have internet. If you deleted everything and it still doesn’t then I’m not sure what else is the issue.

@@vbuen323 first time I put the game disc in, it made me delete warzone and download (150gb) and instal it again but I haven’t deleted the data at that time so maybe that why it didn’t worked. I’ll try it one last time and hopefully it will work this time. Thank you

@@vbuen323 just recently finished the download process and it still Doesn’t work. Shop is not available. I’m out of ideas. If activision won’t fix it I don’t see it working.

@@adamw7411 delete your profile data, don’t delete the game. Once you delete the data profile go to the game and hit options to download add ons, just all of them and it should work. If the shop isn’t available then you need to sign into Activision or PSN.

delete your game data that saved on the PlayStation, the game profile. If there’s more than one delete them all. Nothing will happen to your game progress or status, that’s saved on activision servers.

Not sure how or what you mean by fucked. Deleting the profile data doesn’t erase your player tier, that’s on the activision servers….

I did it many times, it doesn’t delete nothing. Your progress is saved on the activision servers, not your PlayStation.
