It also means that Bubba can still hit you while you stun him. Meaning if he does enough damage the stun will end up just killing Leland in the process
I always try to play as Connie (it's for her ability, I swear 😳). But cause she is pretty much always already taken, my second choice is Julie (for exactly TWO reasons...)
Appreciate the breakdown.. I’ve. Even playing since launch and haven’t used anyone’s abilities.. I’ve been doing well also but knowing what I know now it’s about to take me to another level 🔥
Hardest part about victims is even remembering to use abilities lmao I never forget Leland’s or Connie’s but I rarely use it with anyone else, and I even main Julie lmao
That’s because Julie ult needs to be activated right before you start panic running but most people just start panic running then it’s not as resourceful 😅
For Ana you just gotta remember to use it whenever you're about to get hit. Julie's ability could honestly even used when not being chased, but rather just anytime you plan on running a great distance. All I would say for Sonny is just try to never go more than, say like 10 seconds, without using his power for even a tiny amount of time, unless you're in a big rush or are very confident in your position.
@@gamingreader2440 yeah I’ve been remembering more to use Julie’s ability especially when Johnny found my tracks or the Cook hears me and it def has been helping lol
Heck yeah! Glad this helped! Would love to have you on stream - we do community nights every once in a while so we could definitely hit some games together! 🔥
@@fallenryan it’s really easy to live damn near forever with Ana if you can manage yourself properly and have the build for it! Once her ability maxes out to level 3 she never dies if you use it wisely lol
@@MommyHelpU That's so awesome!! I've noticed you can get out of so many situations with her, and I can totally see her being pretty unstoppable with the right build & playstyle!
Julie's ability seems bugged to me, like it works only half the time, like ill be running away from killers and immediately pop the ability and i run out of stamina at the normal rate still. But then sometimes it works great. Also if you use this in conjunction with the perk that completely refills your stamina when it's empty in theory you should be able to get away from killers but that perk also only works like half the time.
Interesting! I haven't personally run into that issue, but nonetheless I hope that is something they are able to adjust - especially if players are experiencing that bug. They probably have a few things to clean up in the bug department!
If you're looking to exit the home/basement quickly Connie would be an excellent choice for you! She is very good at getting doors and gates open with her special ability in order to speed through some sections of the map. If you're looking for someone with higher endurance though, Sonny wouldn't be a bad option in terms of base attributes. Hope this helps!!
That would've been a great addition to the video for sure! Sometimes it can be difficult to gather every instance of an ability's usage as it requires some luck. I would have to be playing family and happen to run into a Leland who has upgraded their skill tree specifically to that trait, and then choses to use their ability on me. I do agree it would've been a nice addition to the video!
I would agree!! I think Julie can be one of the strongest victims when it comes to close calls, but those situations don't always present themselves. I think she'll continue to become more useful as family members become better at tracking with The Cook & Johnny.
I think every victim is useful in their own way! Don't get me wrong, I think Ana is a really great choice but every victim has their strengths and weaknesses!
I would love to! Thanks for the suggestion! For the time being we do have a day one family member guide if you are interested! (Just added a link in this video's description!)
I think it is a bit early to tell, given that the game is just a week old. I think we need time to let the players develop, and it can be very difficult to balance a game that is asymmetrical by design. Things such as skill ceilings, meta, etc. still need time to grow as well!
@@pretenderxxx2385 Do you mind if I ask what you think may be unbalanced? I'm just curious where you think the imbalance is - whether it's with perks, abilities, attributes, etc. Don't get me wrong, I think the game could use some adjustments but I was just wondering!
@@fallenryanSTRONGLY believe the family’s endurance is either OP or victim’s is terrible. I run a max endurance, plus an additional endurance perk, AND use julie’s ability all on a julie build. I can NEVER consistently outrun a killer as their stam seems never ending. They can keep jogging (which is faster than mine) & their stam regen is quick. I die entirely too much from it no matter what character is chasing me
There are many weird choices which make it clearly too difficult for survivors. There are too many locked doors which basically forces you to only carry lock picks and so dispensing with all the other potentially usefull items. So, there should be a bigger inventory. Plus, as the victims game is about hiding and running if spotted it makes no sense that most killers can easily catch up with you and literally combo you to death. Because lets be honest: If Sissy has spotted you youre dead in most cases. So, killers need to be slower or have lower hit frequency. But the biggest problem is that survivors have to much shit to do. Its for example enough of a challenge to unlock the path to the car battery, to turn it off and to even find the way there while keep being unnoticed. Theres no need to make us break even more locks. Alternatively they could make it at least easier to get along with these large maps by guiding us to the next objective. Having to aimlessly wander around and getting lost all the time is an avoidable additional risk for players which very often just means death for you. I am even inclined to say that survivors need a map. But this is only reasoning. My experience in playing this game and my feelings in regards to this are already enough to tell that there is something odd with this game. @@fallenryan
I'm pretty sure Lelands ability not affecting leatherface just means that it won't knock him onto the ground. I think the stun is intentional.
Thank you for pointing that out!! Definitely a misreading on my part
Would be quite the plot twist if Bubba was immune to life saver
It also means that Bubba can still hit you while you stun him. Meaning if he does enough damage the stun will end up just killing Leland in the process
Straight to the point with no intro/outro BS +1 sub!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the support! :)
I think the descriptions for Leland's ability is trying to refer to the knocking down effect, it should not apply to Leatherface.
Thank you for mentioning this! I must've just interpreted that incorrectly!!
Nice job, I didn’t even realize your channel was new because of how well you put this together. Keep up the great content😎

Can you use Ana's ability right before you jump out the window to reduce the fall damage?
I’m like 95% sure it reduces all damage including jumping into wells! :)

Bro if I was Leland or sonny I’d be busy trynna get it on with Connie Ana and Julie instead of trynna escape 😩😂😂
what
@@CertifiedPlatinumx I said I’d rather fuck Connie Julie and Ana instead of trynna escape! You that slow or what?

Ana easily has the most underrated ability
I agree in a lot of ways! Her ability isn't quite as flashy as some others but it has a ton of value when used at the right times!
Julie mains stand up🫨
someone explain to me why would anyone go in a straight line in the ability tree? does it stack? cause it doesnt seem like it does
That is a great question! I would honestly have to do some more research into that as I am not sure.
What’s the background music called? So beautiful.
It's so pretty! I believe the piece is called Home!
Question: Should victims take the risk to backshank Killas when found or is it better to run instead?
Julie’s power seems situational

Both great choices!! I love how they have a lot of similarities but play so different with their abilities!
@@fallenryan yes I like playing the aggressive playstyle/tank and these 2 are the perfect players for me
My question is does it stack? Like if you went straight up in the tree
If you’re referring to the ability skill, the values do stack from if you did something like going straight up the tree as far as I am aware!
Can you do this for family too?

Leland's ability shouldn't exist.
LY adverbs don't really work with present tense verbs.
People saying this game is balanced are suffering from an utter lack of judgement.
It is nowhere even near balance.
