@@jacobjensen7704 yes, I definitely always recommend avoiding taking unnecessary damage in general. This can help in this scenario too. You may have to take some attacks. So if you're able to take a few hits (hopefully get triggers too), it can help you survive for the following turn at least.

Shiranui has got to be my favorite out of the 3 nubatama decks, shiranui is just super oppressive, hanzo is oppressive but still uses evil decoy tokens, magatsu is a tad bit more defensive but can still be really oppressive.
Deck dies to early rush and accel decks if it didn't draw enough early but if it survives it has a borderline unparalleled late game and if they go first, they start discarding cards from opponent as they ride up and history stride guarantees at least 2 PG's going into opponent first stride which is more than enough against most decks.
So I'm a returning player, I played vanguard way back when V was pretty new and premium was just called premium, what do I buy for this clan when I'm going v premium.

@CommanderJamie Not sure if this is completely true. But couldn’t u also damage deny your opponent as some cards in the deck require CB
@@crimson432 to an extent it may limit some plays. But eventually you need to deal damage to the Nubatama player. The Crest will scale too over time.

It's more how to play it. But I can add that to the pinned comment.
