Out of all the videos I watched regarding this problem, yours is the only that is working. I'm using Unity 2021.3.32f1. Deleting the command line files did the trick. I didn't even think about doing that until I stumbled across this tutorial. You're a genius! Thank you very much! 😁
EDIT: To anyone who is wondering where to delete this command-line tool, remove "Android SDK Command-line tool" in the SDK Manager just like in the video which can be shown here 6:42

So when you moved the sdk files into another drive that fixed the problem?
You have to test every way.
The error may be something that is even funny to think about
