Plain Pancake:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 large egg
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
Banana Pancake:
2 cups flour
1 large egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
Pineapple & Banana Pancake:
2 cup flour
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
( Oil to fry the pancakes )

i had this in new zealand at otara, the island shops. Bloody bomb i must say, had it with a creamy egg salad and sapasui. Beautiful.
I tried these at my bingo place the lady caller made them and I was hooked. I used to buy 4 bags of 3 and eat them at bingo and bring a bag home with coffee in the morning. Due to COVID they can’t sell any food at bingo so I had to learn how to make them and they came out delicious. Not completely round but if I practice I’m sure it will do it better. Thank you again🤗

OMG... Thank you so much really from the bottom of my heart that you gave the exact measurements to this recipe growing up in Samoa but 6 years of my life watching my mom and my grandmother make it and then my sisters I could not get the mixture consistency right it was frustrating cuz for me I need exact measurements but for the women before me they can visually measure the flower the sugar the water to get that perfect pancake thank you so much God bless
