Hi @melissamcgee8818, thanks you're welcome!
If I understanding you correctly, are you referring to the SOP template, where there's a list of headings with links (e.g. like you can see here - ua-cam.com/video/_bh4lvJkNLQ/v-deo.html)? If so, that's not a dynamic Notion /toc block, but rather a list of text headings with block links copied over the top.

Thanks for downloading….thats absolutely right.
This video is 9 months old so the template has been significantly upgraded, including SOP maintenance and a pipeline of SOPs you’re working on…but the core functionality is the same 😊.
