    James is right on, LaFleur was the one holding Jordan Loves growth back. As a Packer fan I could see many times in games early one where plays were called that hamstrung Love, made him look predictable (leading to interceptions) and killed drives with dink and dunk plays. Now LaFleur has opened it up and now Jorda Love is able to grow by being able to utilize his receivers strengths and making better decisions which leads to less mistakes.

    • @neworl233
      @neworl233 5 місяців тому +4

      it's understandable from lafleur to run a simpler offense back then as well. bunch of rookies running wrong routes probably made him hesitant to open up the playbook. the development of love and all the receivers is insane and it really shows in games like the lions and vikings where things just start clicking

    Purdy has dealt with a stinger the last 3 games or so. The last thing SF need is another season derailed by the QB getting injured at the worst possible time. I bet they'd rather take their chances with a rusty but 100% healthy Purdy in the Divisional rd over risking him getting banged up beihind their bad OL in a meaningless week 18 game.
    Lamar literally didn't finish the last 2 seasons due to injuries. This year has had plenty of injury to QBs...play it safe

  • @williamhermann6635

    Earlier in the season, Jordan Love wasnt the reason Lafleur was calling conservative games. It was because of the rest of the extremely young offense. Bakh goy hurt and was replaced by a 7th round pick who didnt play at all last year. Aaron Jones got hurt and they couldnt run the ball. Watson gets hurt and is replaced by a rookie. Receivers were consistently running the wrong routes and dropping everything. Every drive started with a penalty so they were constantly 2nd and 20 or 3rd and 16. Yeah Love wasnt playing great during this time but what qb would be good with that? As the oline stablized and the receivers grew up a little, Love has flourished. Love was never the problem but Colin wouldnt know that. I dont think he even watches the games.

      Of the 7 NFC playoff team, only Stafford has won a SB. If NFC wins the SB this season, chances are it will be won by a QB that has never won a SB before.

    Dallas has had three consecutive easy seasons look they have beaten this year it is a laugh last season Dallas only beat three teams that had winning records at the time they played. Its not the cowboys fault but they are all false 12 wins seasons. This year the cowboys are worse all across the board.

    How is he not in MVP convo. He is the most valuable player in Greenbay. Compared to Purdy: Love has 1-2 year recievers, rookie TE room, No type of running game all year. Purdy: has arguably the best RB in the game, pro bowl TE, pro bowl FB, pro bowl WRs, arguably the best OL in the game how is Purdy in MVP convo when he is in a team that is loaded with talent

      You're probably a 49er fan and a biased one at that. Understandable. Purdy isn't the only QB out there putting up stats, Josh Allen has more rushing TDs than McCaffrey, no other QB has thrown 4 INTs in a game besides Purdy and Nick Mullens, but Nick Mullens almost threw for 400 yards in that same game WITHOUT the crew that Purdy has. Look outside of your own team and look around the QB that your favorite team has.
