Oh this is my story too. 😢 It's NOT worth it Lord (that lifestyle without him) ...Jesus please repair the damage and let her story stop someone else who is going through this. I have hot rock bottom twice now and for the last decade have been crying out to the Lord. I need healing from trauma self devaluation and addiction to cigarettes. I need the Lord to rebuild my identity for me and give me the courage to share my own story.

I was an online sex prostitute and phone sex worker going to the strop joints in Las Vegas. My hustle was also stealing out stores and scamming people out money. Thank God for deliverance for us. This was such a powerful and impacting testimony. I'm so hopeful that God will someday bring me to where he has taken you. It's been a scary journey and I am facing some very deep rooted fears. Like you, I believe my early childhood experiences cause me to not trust God and I am still working through that brokenness. Please brothers and sisters pray for me. My greatest fear is that he will leave me in the state of unrecoveredness. I've been this way for so long. I don't know anything else. But I have hope that he will come through. The details and steps of building a relationship with God etc. I feel we spend much more time on the before and the traumas of the before and spend 5 minutes at most on the healing and salvation. What an inspirational story, I relate to her because I was also once a sex worker. I used to give my body away to pay my rent during a time where I was really struggling. Also trauma from my past relationships. I understood what she meant when she had said she just wanted to be loved. I left this industry during 2021, and started following Jesus around this time last year. I am forever thankful for getting out of that industry, one I never really wanted to be involved in but felt desperation and needed help. My journey is still a struggle with mental health and finances but I believe Jesus has a plan for me and I do my best to stay strong everyday! Praise him! ❤️🙌🏻🙏🏻

I was excommunicated from my church for marrying a man who had a crisis of faith which never got resolved. Currently we believe differently and because of that, rather than ministering to my then fiancé, they excommunicated me. What a powerful testimony. Just yesterday I “stumbled” into Dr Ang”s podcast and now this!. I know this cannot be a coincidence. I just partook in communion with her and had an incredible experience of God”s redeeming grace for my life. Glory be to Jesus. Thank you DDU and Dr Ang for being obedient to God’s call on your lives. What an inspirational story, I relate to her because I was also once a sex worker. I used to give my body away to pay my rent during a time where I was really struggling. Also trauma from my past relationships. I understood what she meant when she had said she just wanted to be loved. I left this industry during 2021, and started following Jesus around this time last year. I am forever thankful for getting out of that industry, one I never really wanted to be involved in but felt desperation and needed help. My journey is still a struggle with mental health and finances but I believe Jesus has a plan for me and I do my best to stay strong everyday! Praise him! ❤️🙌🏻🙏🏻

10:15 … so true when you’ve been assaulted…. That’s how it was for me. Thank God for saving me too❤still learning to let the past die. Still dealing with depression and anger. I was excommunicated from my church for marrying a man who had a crisis of faith which never got resolved. Currently we believe differently and because of that, rather than ministering to my then fiancé, they excommunicated me. Since then he and I have been looking for a new church to attend… I’ve missed a lot of communions during our search. Thank you for this fellowship and communion here on UA-cam. I’m grateful!
