Cornstarch (optional)
Directions:
1. Pour the juice into a small saucepan, add the gelatin and allow to bloom for 10 minutes.
2. Add sugar and place the saucepan over a low heat.
3. Heat until dissolved and remove from heat.
4. Using the dropper from the gummy bear mold set, fill the mold with the mixture.
5. Let cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
6. Dust the gummy bears with cornstarch (to prevent from sticking) and keep refrigerated. this step is optional.
I made these! I did it two different ways. Firstly, if you only heat until the sugar just dissolves they will turn out more like jelly. Secondly, for a gummy you must cook for longer (about 10 mins in total). Otherwise, they are delicious. Thanks for the recipe. Hope this helps anyone who was struggling with the gummy consistency. I hope you make these again!
Thanks for the info.minewre turning out jelly and I ddnt know why..thanls so much
did they turn out just like normal gummy, like full stretchable ones? also, did u use gelatin or agaragar?
Thanks for your tip! I made dog treat gummies and they turned out perfectly! Liver (from dehydrated liver), peanut butter (from pnut butter powder), and cheese (from finely powdered parmesan cheese). Big hit!
@@ljvob I got gelatin they turned out fine but not like the commercial ones they still have that homa made texture and taste but they were better than before and my family enjoyed them.
Thanks for the tip, I'm actually going for a more jelly like consistency because they will be a filling for chocolates.
Making these in two different colors with children would be a very fun winter project and then afterwards they could use them as pieces on a checkerboard to play a game. They can eat all their opponent's gummie bears
Put some buds in them give them a winter sup pride
❤❤❤❤😂😂😂
Having watched how easy it is. I have just ordered some moulds and some Gelatine.. I love Gummy bears. This will be a game changer as I can make my own flavours.
Thanks for sharing . Your Gummi bear recipe. Little kids and big kids love them . Easy to make and are so cute . Have a wonderful day .
Ian watching you from Libya and I love all recipes.
😂😂😂😂 I'm watching from Algeria
So cute😍😍😍
They look so cute! 😍😍
Can we keep them outside the refrigerator for days
Does the batter need to be hot for piping? Or can it be cooled down? I am asking bc I’m trying to make something with a heat sensitive ingredient
😂😂😂I think I know what it is

thank you!
I am also wondering about how and why the gummy became rubbery with just gelatine and juice i mean when i do this it just became gelatin easily broken or press in than spongy
I love how squishy they are 🥰
how good is the shelf life of these? want to make some but seen that some get moldy after even a week.
These should be good at least for 6 months
I use a little lemon juice in mine because I like a little bit of tartness. It acts as a natural preservative because of the citric acid in it.
Love this ..it's so cute. Good idea for kids bday party!
Mine
They're sooo cute & I bet they taste amazingly good! Thank you for sharing your recipe with all of us gummy bear lovers🥰🙆♀️❣
They look great every recipe I've tried the past weeks are too much like jelly. By fruit juice is that real fruit juice not squash?
Awesome 🔥
Wow this looks like the simplest recipe I’ve come across.
By far the best recipe!
Yummy always creative god give you health and wellness
Thanks for the best chef in the world
Thanks for all recipes 😍😘❤️🌹💐👍
What juice did you use for green gummies? They are so green?
Looks so cute 🧸🧸🧸
What type of Gelatin do you use. I would love to try this
i don't know
1) Put the gummy bears in a bowl
2) Pour vodka
3) Wait 24 hours.
is it suppose to be adult cereal?
Looks like jello concentrate. Ill try a pack of that too.
Wow ! Amazing!:must try it! Great shared this recipe my friend, thanks and stay safe .
Made several of these infused with vodka and fruit juices... along with a dash of thc of course.
Wow very cute gummy bears..I think I don't buy again and will try making this for kids. Thank you for share
Do they melt or will they hold shape even in a room temp?
Looks cute, thanks
Boutta take my edibles game to a new level
Did you add oil? My Eddie’s always keep a jello consistency. Trying to get more of a gummy bear feel
Superb..⭐
Great idea and great recipe, thank you 🙏
thank you!
Hey, do these need to be kept in the fridge? Or can I pack some and send to my friend via package without worrying it will melt?
Love it simple n easy
Can you use water and add different flavors to it??
Dude I literally just saw this dude earlier today. Kinda makes me wish I did this stuff earlier
Beautiful
When I make infused gummy bears, and use a dropper. The stuff is locking up on me by the 5th bear. How do you keep it liquid long enough to leisurely fill them the way you were?
Use a double boiler to keep mixture warm.
au bain-marie to keep it warm
So glad you asked this question! Was having same problem
Do we have to let the gelatin bloom first or can we add it directly?
Ugh thank you!!!
What can we use if we’re not aloud to use gelatine?does agar agar work the same as gelatine?
I've been making with leaf gellitain from asda (Vega friendly) so far mine turn out too much like jelly but I'm Gunna try this recipe think the preivous were too watery. I have also seen recipes with agar agar and also Xyc whatever gum which I think is vegan friendly
Making these at home with gelatin, I have a couple questions, If you do not eat them right away, do you have to keep them refridgerated? Or can they sit out at room temp in a bag or jar like store bought gummies? What is the shelf life? Can I make a batch and enjoy over weeks or do they have to be consumed right away?
How did it go? How do we make them firmer?
@@alessshorts add sorbitol to make shop texture
Thank you
Hi this is sis do you use food coloring for the gummie besrs
Thank you for sharing 🌹❤️💚
How long do they hold till getting bad ? Thanks
Thank you ,i try to cook gummy
Okay so I did this but mine melted two minutes after I took it out of the freezer what can I do to make it last longer
Add more galantine maybe. Or did you maybe add water?
Awesome choice of music for this video.
Genial 👍👌
Y ricas 😋😋😋😋
🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🇪🇸🤗🤗🤗😃🌹
So jello not actually gummy candies you would buy at the store
I made them in stock shape and they turned out amazing
PRETTY COOL
I'm new to this - How do you make different flavors? Other recipes I've tried use both gelatin & jello. So I've made lime, cherry, strawberry, etc depending on the jello flavor. They were OK< but had the consistency of jello. I'd like my gummy's to be more like commerical gummy's.
Diffeeent types of fruit juice
@@yoeyyoey8937 Can you store these in a mug or does it have to be stored in a fridge?
@@SpI3eR123 if they are dry you can put them in an airtight container in a dark, cool place
hello, if you want to make your gummies “chewier” there’s a few tricks: first off be sure to cook your gelatin/sugar mixture longer, not just when it dissolves. the longer you let it heat, the chewier it gets. Also using honey or corn syrup will help get a chewy texture, as opposed to just sugar. you can use honey and sugar if you want.
@@KingSlimeProductionshow much longer?
What kind of gelatin we can use.
We made these today. Followed exactly and they came out closer to the consistency of jell-o. How do we get them firmer?
Cook for 10 minutes
Wondering the same.. did you try cooking it for an extra 10 min?
Add more gelatin
What if I have agar agar? How much would i probably use?
How would I make it even chewier?
How long do they normally last? I’m a truck driver with a sweet tooth and I want to make a bunch to last me a week
Will cold fruit juice work?
For 10 minutes they seem like jelly. Is it correct? Will it turn to jelly sweets?
How long does this last?
Can I Use honey or sugar or both
Which gelatine they using?
What,exactly is the fruit juic
should have skimmed the bubbles before eye dropper to mode
I loved it
Question what ingredient would I change to get a different flavor?
The juice
Making these as edibles with rso oil thanks
Measurements listed in video doesn’t look to match what was actually used.
If you use squeeze bottles it won’t make as much bubbles
Are they same as the store companies? I made some sugar free and they’re like a thinner version of them. They need to be refrigerated
How do you store them? Also how are they not melting ??
bloom n citric acid then dehydrate 3 days or with machine
With out gelatin can we make this? Or Gelatin can be replaced with ????
Agar agar
How to Make Gummy Bears, so easy. Yay!
1tbsp gelatin is only 6g. Also sugar measurement in recipe says 1-2 tbsp , but in video you can see you used a lot more sugar and one spoon. I’d say that’s why 1/2 of people commenting had issues. Idk I’ve tried to message you on several of your socials but after typing it all, it wouldn’t allow it. “Not sent” over and over. Please help
Thank u my mom made thoose for me
How do you prolonged the shelf life?
mould inhibitor - potassium sorbate
Why gelatin?
Hello I have 2 questions. (1. do you use flavored gelatin or unflavored. (2. can you use any juice you want? Thanks!
Hi,
1. I used unflavored gelatin, but you can use flavored.
2. Yes, you can use any juice that you like.
@@TheCookingFoodie Thank you so much! I'm gonna use this recipe.
not true.... pineapple, kiwi, mango, ginger root, papaya, figs or guava don't set well @@TheCookingFoodie
Can I make a larger batch or is doubling not as simple as it appears?
You can double the recipe
I was thinking the same thing it's good for your tendons too healthy
why all the bubbles on the back?
Can you use agave instead of honey or sugar?

I’m doing this but with Arizona instead of some random fruit juice

Thank You so much! I order them & will be making my sugar free gummies in 1-2 weeks!
@@terrynasso5142 That's great! let me know how they comes out :)
How much should I sell canna butter for
Do they sell gelatin in supermarkets??
yes !
I wonder if artifical sweetener works as well as sugar.
Can i make this in a crock pot?
Don't you have to oil the mold before you fill it?
silicon is naturally non-stick for the most part. I did see another comment about using cornstarch to prevent the gummies sticking to each other. Maybe cornstarch in the mold to make it 100% non-stick?
Cornstarch huh, I'll try it
“OH I’M A-“
Is gelatin sugar ?
no ! It's made of offal from cow or pig's skin or bones
Why does it say cornstarch optional but doesn’t say how to use it anyways
the cornstarch is to prevent them from sticking together. Just cover the bears with the cornstarch, before you bag them.
candy bear how can last longer
at what point can we add the optional cornstarch to stop them sticking together?
Also, tried this method and found it to be a bit dry for 50 gummies in that mould, most of my mix ended up as forth/bubbles and thus, so were my gummies :/
Feel like the mix needs about 70/80ml juice rather than 60ml but not sure if that will ruin it
Just experiment. All the ingredients are dirt cheap
Apart from fruit juice wat can I use ??
Alcohol 🤔
@@TheCookingFoodie I don't take alcohol tho so can I use sprite or any other drink
Yes, you can use any drink that you like.
Good 👍
