buenos días amigo tengo un problema con una caja a240 de corolla la e tumbado ya 5 veces y la desarman y no aplica las velocidades esta ves la voy a bajar yo mismo para repararla si puedes y esta a su alcance del vídeo para armarla de nuevo se lo agradezco ya le e invertido dinero y cada ves me la devuelven mas dañada asta le eliminaron discos y el engranaje de la bomba de aseite
Buenas noches amigo quisiera saber cual es el tambor de la 2 velocidad ya q el carro me presenta la falla arranca bien en 1 cuando pasa a 2 se busca de trancar suerta y agarra la velocida cambia a 3 bien y a la 4velocidad bien mande a ser la caja y quedo con esa falla lo lleve y sigen encangrejaos con la 2 velocidad
@@FRubioatars i have this exact transmission on my 1994 big body corolla and it started giving me issues as soon as i changed both cv axles, i have to bring it up to operating temperature before it even moves off in gear, changed the fluid and new filter but same issue, the car seats idling for almost 20 minutes before it moves. What can be the issue? Also the location that the axle goes into the transmission is leaking and also leaks exactly under the transmission.
@@relax9086 your transmission have internal leak due to worn out rubber seals. New atf is thinner than the old one. About the leak on your axle, maybe the size of inner diameter or the design of your oil seal. Some oil seals are directional
Buenas noches. Desde Venezuela. A mí Corolla 99 llamado sapito no tiene 2 meses que le arreglamos la caja xq no quería agarrar el 4to cambio. Le cambiaron los discos d 4ta e incluso cambie la turbina y empezó a trabajar fina. Y ahora no tiene 2 meses d esa reparación y la caja presenta la falla que a veces tira el 4to cambio y otras veces lo regresaa y asi anda. Me pregunto, será que los rines 15 que tiene mi carro tiene algo que ver en qué la caja se dañe tanto esa velocidad?
¡Hola! Soy de Filipinas. El tamaño de los neumáticos no es el problema. Si cambió solo el disco y se quemó nuevamente, entonces tal vez tenga una fuga interna. Si no cambia los sellos, siempre vuelve el mismo problema.
At the bottom of the clutch packs there is a piston that has a rubber o-ring. The retaining ring has to be compressed that is holding down the piston, the external snap ring removed, the piston removed and the rubber o-ring replaced. If you soak that in cleaner, that will destroy those rubber o-rings.
@@FRubioatars last question boss, what year does this one come out of specifically i am trying to replace a 3 speed with this version but in a 1992, i know i can change over the speed sensor and neutral switch then have an auto 4 speed instead of 3 speed but hard to figure which year fit.

No mi pana nada q ver con los rines revisa el selenoide al mio se le iba la corriente desconectalo y prueva desconectandolo

Once you soaked rubber in cleaner it swell and cut during installation
Specially if it is leaf seal, it will wobble and cut upon installation

Es mejor comprar el kit maestro completo. Todo es nuevo por dentro, incluido el sello, su transmisión durará más.

¡Hola! Es necesario reconstruir la transmisión. Los sellos de goma ya están endurecidos, lo que hace que se retrase.

No 1st gear. Maybe your transmission start in 3rd gear.

@@ja8639 there's no current going inside the transmission to activate your shift solenoid. Better check first your fuses and harness
