I am adamant that Arsenal are getting Šeško in the summer and he has that agreement to be at Leipzig for a year becuase of his age and integration. We are buying young players who are right for our system. Watkins' bid was something short-term. I'd be very happy with Williams; Šeško and that defensive-midfielder we have planned from Spain. I think the victory against City means Arteta is not in an urgency period and just wants the most perfect player.
The hole has been ripped out of it. Used to love staying up on deadline day and being all excited right up until midnight. Was in bed by 10pm last night. Sad state of affairs really
As a Barca fan, I think our board did the right thing not signing anyone, Flick’s got a very strong squad with arguably the best midfield in the world and the most in form attacker in the world with Raphina, maybe a right back could have been a good signing but thats the only essential position regarding the squad
It’s the PSR concerns but also sometimes player demands for high transfers plus the linked costs, like we sold Duran but some of that money went to his previous club but also his club in Colombia with many players having these kind of sell on deals
I personally think that Villa's purchase of donyell malen has gone under the radar. His performance in the euros and for Dortmund was phenomenal. When it comes to my club Liverpool, they have made no transfers other than giving some players for loans.
@victorhugo3952 I don't think Van dijk or Salah are leaving and there are speculations that Trent is leaning towards an offer made by FSG. Nonetheless, we don't spend much but we make value of money
@NamyaChawla Van Djik is going to turn 34 this year, even if he stays, it won't be for long. Defenders longevity runs out quickly. Look at Robertson, just 30 and doesn't go a game without making multiple mistakes anymore. Salah is definitely leaving for Saudi, he never once spoke about staying, only says this might be his last season, he's clearly unwilling to take a new deal and is giving a performance of a lifetime to win all titles+Balon d'or and increase his salary for Saudi buyers. I can see Trent staying if you win the UCL and the league, with Liverpool becoming real contenders again. Either way, Liverpool will need to spend considering there's no sub for Gravenberch in Slot's system, and Darwin Nuñez will keep flopping and losing easy goals forever, costing you even more titles
“Just bring another player in” 😂😂😂 that’s what Man U has done for years and now they can’t afford to exist. Why is mark so bothered by spurs signing players? Whereas he would be delighted if chelsea, arsenal or liverpool by players. Lad its spurs and only on loan deal.
Mark one thing I can see about city spending is that they are spending for club World Cup where other team will be tired off they will be ready with a good squad with experience and that will hughely boost there PSR

Not even that. We needed at least 2 forwards if not 3 and we got zero😂😂 it’s alright tho I’m sure next month they will have a new retro kit on sale to make us feel better
A Man City fan from America asked me the way to Manchester City stadium, I said sure mate it’s straight down there. You’ll see two queues a long one and a short one don’t go in the long one that’s the local chippy
lmao 😂
😂
Isnt that a good thing? Who the feck likes long lines? Lmao
A Bernard Manning joke from 50 years ago. So not funny any more.
@@DavePearson-y9c it’s still funny Man Cheaty fan
The problem is that these clubs are a business. If you don't have the money you can't spend it.
Liverpool have not signed any players for two seasons and they are top of the league. It is all about the teamwork.
Newcastle will not finish in the top 6 due to this PSR crap they can't buy a freaking cone yet the owner has more money than all the clubs combined it's crazy
Villa had a decent window, Malen, rashford, asensio, disasi and garcia, plus we made over 97 million profit, tho 3 of those are loans
Speaking words of wisdom "Doin something is better than doin nothin!"
All of us Liverpool fans have been conditioned to never expect any signings, I feel for anyone who thought we might actually buy a player
United fans always complaining about not signing anyone but spend huge amounts on players then come crying to spend more money to replace them
"Nobody can have success without spending " to a degree Liverpool have an argument against that
They were only able to win the tin pot Cup that city gave up on
@@victorhugo3952 I didn't know the champions league was made of tin.
@@conorgillespie7832 Move on mate, it's been 6 years, you never got anywhere there again
Williams would be fantastic in the summer, really can’t see it happening but we can pray
Most players are overpriced garbage anyway.
The hole has been ripped out of it. Used to love staying up on deadline day and being all excited right up until midnight. Was in bed by 10pm last night. Sad state of affairs really
The Watkins bid was just to appease fans. The reality is that they were in for Vlahivic and Sesko and folding want to spend on anyone else
As a Barca fan, I think our board did the right thing not signing anyone, Flick’s got a very strong squad with arguably the best midfield in the world and the most in form attacker in the world with Raphina, maybe a right back could have been a good signing but thats the only essential position regarding the squad
Viila doing bits 🦁🔥
It’s the PSR concerns but also sometimes player demands for high transfers plus the linked costs, like we sold Duran but some of that money went to his previous club but also his club in Colombia with many players having these kind of sell on deals
Window was fine thanks, Arsenal are morons for thinking they had a chance of signing Watkins.
Mark Goldbridge wants the EPL to spend 10 times more than any other league and UEFA needs to accept it because logic
the runner analogy was actually really good
as arsenal fan I agree. Total waste ...
I personally think that Villa's purchase of donyell malen has gone under the radar. His performance in the euros and for Dortmund was phenomenal. When it comes to my club Liverpool, they have made no transfers other than giving some players for loans.
Liverpool barely ever spends. Very cheap management unwilling to put money forward. With Salah, Trent and Van Djik leaving, let's see what they'll do
@victorhugo3952 I don't think Van dijk or Salah are leaving and there are speculations that Trent is leaning towards an offer made by FSG.
Transfer window is finished
“Just bring another player in” 😂😂😂 that’s what Man U has done for years and now they can’t afford to exist. This is why O don’t take advice of people who clearly don’t know anything about the subject. With all this fame and clicks you would think he’d have the clout to interview a sporting person of any calibre who can explain how the financing works.
Arsenal aren’t in the business to panic buy anymore. We could buy a striker, win all our league games and still finish 2nd. Relax
You say that like it's a bad thing
Liverpool are definitely guna drop 6 points in last 15 games
@@dondappapumpumslappa8051 And it would still ment they would win a title even if we win all the games, lol.
That’s what I’m saying even if we did get a stricker we’d still finish 2nd
Exactly. Totally pointless.
So how's Man City with 115 charges relating to ffp is able to go into the market and buy 4 players and Arsenal did nothing?
Why is mark so bothered by spurs signing players? Whereas he would be delighted if chelsea, arsenal or liverpool by players. Lad its spurs and only on loan deal.
Mark one thing I can see about city spending is that they are spending for club World Cup where other team will be tired off they will be ready with a good squad with experience and that will hughely boost there PSR
As an Arsenal fan same old story if we don’t get a striker in the summer I can’t stand finishing second place for years to come but Liverpool are class and should run away with it
Transfer window is pretty obvious clubs are waiting to sign in summer because they know players are dearer now and have to spend big to get the best players
60 million down the drain, Kai Havertz scores again 😢
PSR encourages clubs to develop young players rather than relying on buying big names.
That is terrific…….. Exactly how it should be.
It also encourages them to sell academy players which is stupid
@ those players are still feeding into the football system which is great. Develop enough for three squads and keep the best. Weaker players will improve the games in other teams or even divisions.
