Easy Wooden tag with decoupage rice paper, IOD casting, Pentart paint & Fineline Crackle, and more

You can use many other products by following this technique.
I did initially paint the wooden tag a metallic gold, used Pentart Crackle Medium and then their white acrylic paint to create a crackle that I was hoping would show through the paper. The rice paper was too thick to show off that detail. Using a thinner Decoupage paper would’ve worked, but it in no way harmed or hindered my project.
It’s always best to let the products dry naturally. When making a video or teaching a class, we always have to speed things up, but you will get the best results and the best durability if you allow the products the time to dry on their own.
