Ok! Im so happy seeing other people (influencers) show their side profile. I've got an extremely curved back which makes my chest look big, my stomah stick out and my butt to look big. I hate it. But seeing you have a curved back just made me really happy ❤. Thank you! ❤❤
Having a "curved back" may actually be something called anterior pelvic tilt. There are some exercises to correct it that I found on UA-cam. Just trying to be helpful. Everybody has some degree of it. Also I think she (Anna) might have been tilting her hips/pelvis forward a bit to extenuate the fact that she doesn't always look perfect. Usually people who have abs don't have an anterior pelvic tilt.
