That portcullis is fine. Jet fuel can’t melt steel beams

@@onlyme972 I'm just memeing. But seriously, I doubt that fireball would have done much damage to that portcullis in reality - the fire would quickly burn out unless the wood were already soaked in something flammable.

@@acidic_magpie yea i wonder what exactly would have been used in that situation, can imagine if they kept throwing flammable tar etc at it to keep it burning, or if it at least weakened it for the rams. lol i imagine at the end of the gates life, the defenders would just want to to keep burning while hopefully they held them off/wore them down.. lol but it would be way easier to replenish for the attackers.. brutal

5, only because it's watchable, but it's not great. This makes it look like taking a castle is easy.

@@laggytim Pretty, and a good cast, but too much bad history to be high on my list. Mind you, compared to movies like Netflix's The King, this one's like a doctoral dissertation.
      Good soundtrack, though. -M

It’s ok, esp if you ignore the ride down the tissington trail, and ending up on the beach in wales. By the way the tissington trail is also in the princess bride.
