I always have this low self esteem right from my teen age, I never believed I can do anything, I'm always there in my shell waiting for someone to bring me out. As old as I'm I still feel I'm ugly because I'm very slim and have few admirers. Thanks for this at least it boosted my self esteem little.
Honey many times we wait for validation from people which is why our self esteem get too low. Don’t wait for other people to recognize your beauty, take care of yourself, try to eat healthy, exercise, shave, get your nails done, do your make up, do self care, things like those boost your self esteem. Pray, God the all powerful, and mighty God decided to create you which makes you extremely special. You may not internalize it immediately, but by taking care of yourself consistently, your self esteem will grow exponentially
The happiest people are the ones who take good care of themselves, so just do that and self love will grow little by little
