I am building an 070 now, wish you had filmed your build ;) As you said, there's very little information out there ;) The one build series I have found keeps just skipping critical parts. Better than nothing, but leaves so much to guesswork...

I used to use lithium grease but it actually carbons up when the saw star. What I do now it just lightly lube everything up with 2 stroke oil just so it has something to start with. Thanks for watching! Stihl for life! 😎
Hi Adilson, the simple answer is yes, the should fit up fine and the gaskets are the same, the video here was a conversion from an 070 to an 090, same everything but just a different cylinder. Thanks for watching! Stihl for life!
