Yes… As of the timing of this comment, there are currently seven properties in Bellavista that have an acre or more ranging anywhere from $400,000 to 1.275 million. What else is important in your home search?

You’re welcome. Low maintenance is one reason, the other is the fact that there is heavy tree cover and sloped yards. Hard to get grass to grow in the shade. Great question and Thx for watching.
Was really excited I purchased property in Bella vista BUT I’m not certain if my lot is just a membership lot. That’s a game changer lol how could I find that out?

Turns out I got a good deal on a buildable .31 acre lot! Paid $3500 around 3/22 and have been getting offers in the mail from $8,500-$10,000
