If you buy MotoGP 20 you will only have the 2020 season. MotoGP 21 will be a completely separate game that you will have to buy again.
What you see in this video is the MotoGP 20 game with an unofficial fan made 2021 season Mod (the mod can be downloaded for free).

I’d say so, purely because it’ll be out next month and should be a decent improvement over MotoGP 20

Thanks, I use an Xbox One controller. And there’s no secret really, I’ve just put a lot of practice in as I’ve played the game most days since it released
