We have one and the bed is actually bigger than it looks. My wife and I sleep totally comfortable on the murphy bed unless your very large. In that case you'll need the K plan.
@@philc.9280 my wife and I had a corner bed similar to this one in a class c motorhome and we found it to be to narrow! my wife's 120lbs and I'm 165lbs so we are not large in any way, but we found it to be too small. we tried out a van with the twin bed model that transform's to a king bed and that was perfect.. I guess we just fidget to much in bed lol
When it is time to order give us a call for a no hassle price quote 414.281.6330. We have had a lot of complaints about swirl marks in the tilt out windows. But they are definitely better insulated than the slider windows.
For the person asking about renting....the model with the generator is $300 per night to rent and the 2023 model on the new 2023 chassis is over $130k.
Built in “ mud room“ With floor drain, fan and heat. The best all weather floor plan in existence. Nothing even comes close Outdoor shower- just open the doors and put the shower curtain across the back with magnets…done 30 sec. Six years full-time 59K👍
Absolutely love this floorplan. Just wish there was a pop top option. As we will be traveling with littles, we will need extra sleeping space. Therefore likely going with Solis.
Thanks for watching! I wish they made a pop top version of the travato G as well. I have shared this with WGO. The solis PX is a solid option. If you are not crazy about that layout/ feature set I would take a look at the Play Slumber by Roadtrek or a Zion Slumber. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out 414-281-6330 Cheers!
@@advancecamp oh wow. Those are really nice floorplans but I think the solis would still be more practical for us for a couple of reasons. 1) I feel like we would need the garage area for fold up kayaks and other items , and 2) since our kiddos are still very young, I think we’d like them closer to the front when traveling.
I couldnt agree more. We currently have the solis pocket & love that we can fit a pack & play under the bed. Now if a second kid comes along, we run into problems with only having three seatbelts. So looking into potential other RVs, or adding in a fold down bench seat in our Solis pocket- which seems to be the way to go. (Second kid will sleep on an air mattress which goes across front two seats. Other kids sleeps under our bed)
Thanks for watching. I agree I think a pop top option for the travato would be nice. I have not heard of campgrounds that would not accept an RV with a cassette toilet. Interesting. You may want to consider the Roadtrek Slumber. This is a pop top van with a black tank and even an awning! Here is a link to our last Roadtrek Slumber video: ua-cam.com/video/Cjf9fFtfsbA/v-deo.html
Nice looking RV for sure. The problem is it has a weak motor/trans combo for such a loaded chassis. I had a 2017 Promaster ordered brand new with 2 cylinder heads, and transmission gone all within 104,000 miles. Would never go back with Promaster and its a shame because it drove great and was great when it wasnt in the shop. Traded for a 2021 Sprinter and have never looked back.
Thanks for watching! That does sound like an unfortunate promaster experience. They have updated the transmission in the new version (22 or later) and it seems to catch the power band at just the right times. We have sold many RV promasters since 2014 and I have not heard of any major engine repairs from our customers. The sprinter is also a very nice chassis. WE do offer many models on the ford and sprinter chassis to appeal to customers with different interests. Adventure On!
I have the 2017 Pro master 59K. Purchased new. I tow a 6 x 10 enclosed trailer. Six years full-time. no problems yet. I think a lot of people overload their vans. Food, water, Ammo…… There’s 1000 pounds right there. Maybe being in “ tow mode“ is more appropriate for the weight. (Even if you’re not towing something, to compensate for a weight) 2017 was the last year with large windows the length of the van. Now it’s painted to look like it. 360° view anywhere you are seated in the van, including the toilet.
Thanks for watching! All water connections are on the inside to protect them from sub freezing temps. We are happy to add an external connection if you are preferring one.
The Winnebago Travato does not offer a pop top at this time. The models from Winnebago that do have pop tops are: Solis 59P, Solis 59PX, and the Winnebago Ekko.
@@arkadventure2 why would you want AWD? You would rarely need it. All it does is lower your fuel economy. If you drive in snow or need more traction (about 1% of the distance of your total mileage) just swap out your all season tires for all weather tires
Hi Jed, Thanks for watching! Ram did give this van a facelift for 2023, and in 2022 it gave it a new transmission and some additional safety and driver experience features. 2023 has built on some of those driver experience features and they now include" birds eye view" back up camera options, and a remote start to name a couple.
The black side blocking to mimic windows is just hideous....they eliminated one of the most attractive features of the Ram Promaster as an RV and now it looks extremely cheap!
I have the 2017 59k the last year with large windows the length of the van. It does kind of seem like they’re trying to use paint like aesthetic windows or something. Kind of weird

Hi Ron, Thanks for watching! The selling price of this Travato G is $143,995. There are a lot of options that can make this price vary, and this is on the new 2023 Ram chassis.
well that's my bed but where will the wife sleep? lol great van for a single person

I like the new look. Would like one exactly like this but with the awning style windows. We are renting one in a few weeks to try it out first.

I love the bathroom in the back more lol.

I was already modding this in my head from the moment I saw it
Thanks for watching! This is a blank canvas ready for your mods!
Thanks so much
I wish this came with a pop top, I would love the 59p but some campgrounds only accept Class Bs with black tanks. 😢

Add AWD and its a done deal
That bed could be configured to roll up into a couch. Not enogh room to not be dual purpose.

Stephen, What Sprinter RV do you have ?
I think the shower could do without that sink to give it a little more room
Thanks for watching! We appreciate the input.
What is the width on the bed ? It loos pretty narrow.
Thanks for watching. The bed dimensions are 49X77
Does it have an external city water connection?

Do you have this with a pop up top???
The Winnebago Travato does not offer a pop top at this time. The models from Winnebago that do have pop tops are: Solis 59P, Solis 59PX, and the Winnebago Ekko.
Is the dining table convertible to a bed like the previous Travato 59g?
no
Thanks for Watching! The dinning table is not convertible to a bed. Winnebago does offer a Luna inflatable bed system for the front seat area now.
The fitment lines of the front bumper cover are awful...
How much
Thanks for watching. Our sale price on this particular Travato 59G is $143,999.
TV position is a head knocker. Van has the standard fake wood grain. And why explain the obvious?
If ProMasters just had 4WD, sigh… 😢
I have heard that there is an AWD drive model in the works. Not sure when it might be released.
