@@Mike-vr4lwno they simply collide and form a new Elliptical Galaxy. Most stars will only notice the new night sky. Because of the huge distance to each other. So we will be fine on Titan or Alpha Centauri/ proxima or where ever human will live by then. Before the collision takes full force Earth is already done cuz of the dead sun. We have nothing to worry😅
Id love to know why some stars disappear when uou look at them. Turns out your eyes are just that unreliable at looking directly at far objects. Therefore looking away but looking at it. Lets you see it.
Hypothetically, almost no star systems will collide with one another. There's just too much space between them. There will be gravitational influences, and some stars may be flung out over the course of hundreds of millions of years, but the only impact on most of the galaxy will be a period of intense heating and star formation in the denser parts. Keep in mind it's not a violent collision, but a slow process over hundreds of millions or even billions of years where the mutual gravity of the galaxies causes them to eventually share a center of gravity. Stars will push each other out of the way with their gravitational influence long before they or their contents could actually physically touch one another.
This is why the Human Race greatly needs to invent "Warp Drive Star Ships", then later, "Hyper Warp Drive Star Ships"! Do the first in 100,000 years by year 102,024! Look at Technology changes just in the last 250 years, in 1774 to 2024. Now take four times as many years to a number of years 1,000, now make that 100 Times bigger, and clearly (if possible) "Warp Drive Star Ships" can be made by then!
My green and grey friends live there, in the centre of the third quadrant far left from where we are standing, in a two star system, fifth planet, yellowish colour with three moons.
yeah, but you dont see 2.5million lighyears out in the universe do you? You only see light that have travelled for that amount of time and that light, i guess, is in your eye. Am i able to see light "over there", or am i only able to see light as it enters my eye? Reflections made by light is a nother matter, i guess?
For every light yr how much is it on earth..if these places r such nd such light yrs away r we recieving the light 100s yrs ltr nd if thats true the new satellite they just launch is ending images 1000s nd 1000s light yrs away hows that or did i understand it wrong
Yeah, everything's all and well until, you point the JWST at it and see All the Wonderful Black Holes that it's Bringing With It!!! Good Luck with that, Earth!!! 🤣👍
Why are pur planets in tjis solar system developing so differently methane oceans our small solar system we should be somewhat similar. They are wiping our sincere communications our solar system should be similar cw
Well thats not accurate that are galaxy beacuse its like 5 million light years away that ars galaxy in the past because we can see into the pass we are not colliding with it
And in 5 billion years we're going to punch Andromeda in the face
What does that mean. I won't be around, are we going to war .omg 😢

@@Violentic81Sadly star formation would end in an elliptical galaxy
I am waiting in line for it.. lol
I thought everything was moving away from everything else
Imagine being the guy to discover that for the first time without having a mental breakdown
But he definitely knocked over lunch, coffee, and 3 other experiments trying to get to the phone😂
His name is Edwin Hubble
When I was 10... " I asked my dad How far can a person see?" My dad said "You can see the moon can't you? That's pretty damn far!"😂😅
I wonder if the andromeda galaxy has their version of Dr Tyson saying the exact same thing observing our galaxy….
I cant even see the milky way couse all the light pollution.
We are the destruction of our existence
Open your hands, look at your palms- this is part of the milky way. 😉
Yes, Sadly true.

@ - I just meant that you/we are just as much a part of things as the rest of the galaxy.
The excitement when they found an another galaxy for the first time 🎉🤩😧
Isaac Roberts a Welshman was first to photograph the andromeda galaxy in 1887 😊🏴

What's sad and amazing is that we as humans will never get to experience traveling across the milkyway before the collision
Speak for yourself

The nuclear rocket engines are really gonna change our capabilities . I just hope they build them soon.
"They"? Why not "we" or "us"? Let's contribute something from ourselves as well :D@@Malaki-puwet
Wow that's amazing 🤩
Edwin Hubble discovered Andromeda, I think.
He discovered it was a separate galaxy. Cavemen could see Andromeda.
And that's just the closest one !
They're probably looking at us thinking the same
Can anybody tell me what's the name of the music???
Looks like a fuzzy thing to me.
Our sister
And one way our Milky Way will get closer and eventually merge. Gulp. Will any of us survive?

how to now the distance
From now I'll sit at my balcony hoping to see Andromeda,
Is this galaxy visible in southern hemisphere, particularly South Africa Pretoria to be precise, ive Been looking in the night sky with no luck
Why can't we see that in southern Africa
I always wonder what out there wish we would some day develop technology to visit other milky ways
Where
Wow.
If it’s 2 million light years away then how far is it right now .
We see how the Andromeda looked 2 mio years ago...

So it tkae 2millions years for the lights from andromeda to reach our eyes.

That would be the planet, Zubanelganubi. Will Robinson went there looking for Mr. KIDNOWWWW.
HOW CAN I?
Yeah you can see it
But with how far away it is
Some of those stars are gone and we are just seeing their old light
Isn't triangulum also visible?
idk.. seems unpopular
compare to Andromeda obviously
Uranus 😂😂😂
Nuba milky way reflection leaving us
In which direction do we look, to observe this Thing?! 🤔
Music name?
Really men are intrigued by the sheer science of it all and you are here asking for music tittles? Seriously how old are you sit down
This guy is definition of what is close moon or america😂
so each star i can see with the eye is closer than 2 bmillion lighyers ... some stuff is nor precisly right
when our sun dies we will be touching andromeda
