Shock was the starting QB at UGA and took over the starting QB position for the Falcons when Vick left. If he hadn't blown out his knee he would have been the best QB the Falcons ever had and we wouldn't have wasted the last 13 seasons losing with noodle arm immobile Matt Ryan.

Micah Parsons is who we need to get. He would definitely be the pass rush we need. And a RB In The 2nd. Try to move back up to the 2nd round & get trey lance if he still there and if we have a 4th or 5 pick a good CB if there’s any left. I really want a good CB. On our team

I'm confused. He is going to be a HC and not an OC right? Wouldn't the OC be doing all of this? I know HC have the final say on plays and can take over play calling but that generally isn't the primary job of the HC. Look at Dan Quin. Created the Legion of Boom. Falcon's D has been in the bottom half of the bottom half of the defensive ranking during his tenure. Look at Kyle Shanahan. Was amazing as the Falcon's OC. While he did go to the SB with the 49ers, this year they are a sub 500 team with a middle of the road offense. Shouldn't we be asking what he can bring to changing culture in Atlanta as a HC? It will be his job to manage the entire team, not just the offense. If we want to talk offense shouldn't we be asking what atl should do with dirk koetter and maybe a potentially new OC?Also offense isn't ATL's only problem. They need to rework the defense. They need to rework a lot of things, but making sure the other team either punts or gets only 3 points per drive should be top priority.
I don't expect anything to change much next year. Maybe 2022, but not next year.

You're confused here. Arthur Smith will be calling the plays. Not all OCs call plays. Look at McVay in LA, Shanahan in SF, Reid in KC, Stefanski in Cleveland, Payton in New Orleans, etc. OCs help design the offensive packages and gameplan for the week but in this situation, Arthur Smith is coming in to be HC and also call plays, i.e. run the offense. It's not that different from Dan Quinn calling defensive plays last year, before he fired himself from that role, and let Raheem take over.
That's not how it works against us. Teams bracket Julio at all times, put their #1 CB on Calvin, bring heat in Matt's face and force him to take a sack or throw a bad ball.
Opposing defenses dont care nothing about motion. They are locked in at all times on slowing Julio and blitzing Matt.
Show me how we can pick up a blitz and maybe I will get excited.
By replacing Matt with a more mobile quarterback who can throw. Either draft one or make a trade for Deshaun Watson.
