- The bike has stock gearing, that is why it only did 74 on the video
Stage6 High Mount Exhaust
11/62 Gearing (stock)
Derestricted Allpro CDI
100 Main Jet
Recorded with a 5 year old phone strapped with a 3d printed mount and some duck tape, sounds stupid but It's solid
What CDI model were u using, i know it says in teh description but it doesnt seem like one that would fit the rieju. Please send a link thanks
Euro 4/5 bikes use different CDIs than older bikes and my CDI is only available for the newer bikes like mine
the rieju odometer marks 4-t kmh more than real one, check it by gps apps, nevermind, with the stock gearing u cant get so much speed
It marks around +5% of the real speed you are going
The real gps speed from that day is 70kmh

how fast do you think i can get my rieju euro 4 to go with stock exhaust derestricted and a derestricted cdi?
Taking reference from 2 friends with the same setup and stock gearing, they both get 68 kmh
If you were to change the gearing to something like 13 teeth front and 52 teeth back, you would get around 80-85kmh max taking reference from another friend
I recommend using a sport exhaust like a Voca or Yasuni because even if that friend that does 80 has more top speed than me, the difference in acceleration a lot, he cannot keep up with me
yeah i was thinking maybe 13/52 gearing or something like that and a voca or enox exhaust later on but thanks for the answer. nice bike btw!@@ServeraServera0
Do you know which is better? Tecnigas enox evo or voca chromed upper exhaust?@@ServeraServera0
@@vikke6263 You are welcome👍
Hi, do you know how to derestrict the euro 5 version
Yes, I did it myself by following this tutorial
ua-cam.com/video/jXE5TKqOvNA/v-deo.html or you can just search "debridage euro 5", only problem is that it is in french
Thanks

did you change the carb after installing a sport exhaust?
Stock carb, but you need to re-jet it
I use a 95 main jet and it varies on temperature, during the winter I used a 100 and on the summer a 88
@@ServeraServera0 thanks, is it hard to do because i’m not much of a mechanic
@@flamezozzy7529 It's simple but the first time I did it, it took me about half an hour.
To re-jet it, you only need to change out the main jet for the bike to work properly.
You have to first remove the carb's black plastic cover on the bottom, it will be 2 flat screws and make sure to close the gasoline valve and put a paper below the carb for gas to not touch the engine
The main jet will be a wide golden screw in the middle around a white plastic ring, you unscrew it and then screw in the new one
If you want to calculate the correct jet size for the place where you are going to use the bike, you can use this formula with my jet size as a starting point:
18°C day and 12°C night = 95 Main Jet Size for day (MJS)
+4-5°C = -2.7 MJS
-4-5°C = +2.7 MJS
Round up any numbers to the closest jet size available
This is only for temperature, if it is more humid then use a smaller jet for every 20% of increase in humidity and vice versa and for altitude, I really don't know how to calculate it as I live around sea level and never really move out
The easiest way to check if you did it right, is checking the spark plug color, just search up "spark plug color chart 2 stroke"
It all seems complicated, but if your bike smokes only on cold, runs well and spits oil then you are just fine
How fast do you think mine would be if i installed enox and left the ecu restricted?
It will definitely accelerate faster than stock but there will be barely a difference on top speed
If I remember well I think I got 55 kmh when I was making the comparison of stock and derestricted CDI, I barely had no powerband kick
The CDI cuts the RPMs at 7k from what I know, the powerband starts usually 6k for high mount pipes or 8k for low mount pipes, talking about 50/70 exhausts because anything higher I have no idea
If you ever heard about derestricting the stock CDI by disconecting a cable, don't do it, doesn't work anymore with Euro 5 bikes
@@ServeraServera0 mine goes now 60 kmh with stock exhaust i have drilled a small hole to the start of the exhaust because the exhaust got clogged and what i have heard it is a type issue but im trying to make it go like 65kmh that i dont lose my licence and my plates because in finland if it goes over 65kmh and you get caught you will get fined like 300-400 euro then you have to pay over 1000 euro in taxes because it's now a "motorcycle" acording to the law and you have to pay the taxes that would normally be in motorcycle which is usually over 1000 euros.
@@ServeraServera0and i have a theory that eu have told manufacturers to make the bikes harder to tune🤔
@@aleksanteri1234 You can get yourself a electronic limiter, regulate it so that you can only go 45 kmh and when the police stops you, you turn on the limiter with a switch, just search up "rpm limiter am6" and it will show up
Hide that switch well, I would put mine on one of these small holes on the sides
And derestricting bikes isn't made harder, just more expensive because you have to change the whole the CDI
@@ServeraServera0 i will probably do something like that in the spring but ill see
50cc?
Yes

No its 85
