Thank you so much for the vid, the effect looks amazing! Any idea how to animate it in After Effects? Tried to animate and use it for one of my projects, but it just doesn't work lol upd. Wondering if I use AE's blend tool, is it gonna be smooth like that?
Well, the gradient effect looks weird for me, I have no idea what am i doing wrong. The blend effect "smooth" makes few more objects, but no gradient. When i cpecified steps for 100 it made gradient, but the biggest circle is stripped. Does anyone know what is wrong?
hey I think the way to have the outer circle not blended, thus hard, is to not include the first circle underneath without the opacity. So your first circle should be the one you want to be hard (eliminate thus the first step)
I make a candle flame with this brilliant Trick
thank you so much for such valuable information ! saved my day !!!
I tried but can't get it blurry like yours, could you tell me the options in the blending option?
me too, just creates different colours in between

Make sure the transparent circle is on the bottom and try to apply the gradients that way

So fantastic
didn't quite work for me when I make the first circle opacity 0%. Wonder if anyone knows why
Try to put the transparent circle on the bottom, Ctrl + Shift + [
This is exactly what I was looking for BUT is there a way to make the outer edge hard? I want everything inside blended but the outer hard edge haha
