I would say if you are going to pull, wait for next week's update. Walpurgisnacht is the quarterly "limited" event where walpurgisnacht IDs and EGOS become available, and its stuff tends to be highly desirable.
Gotta agree with @yharon8243, Walpurgis IDs and EGOs tend to be really good even outside of Walpurgis. I like to think of the event as 'New units that will reinvent status teams and bring something new to the meta'. Even the 2 star IDs are fine (sucks there isn't more). So save up for next week if you can.
Walpurgis IDs/EGO are almost always great (and if they're not PM will likely buff them like they did with Sinclair) and are also one of the few limited gacha items in this game. You can buy them with boxes NEXT Walpurgis but until then you have to roll them or use pity currency. If you started recently and are playing it a decent amount you should be able to get enough boxes to buy the new Wild Hunt Heathcliff before the season changes. Tl;dr Reroll for Walpurgis since they'll be good and if you want Wild Heathcliff you'll be able to get him if you play regularly

Try to pull the new heathcliff that's out because he's kind of the most broken id out right now and yes try to uptie him to 3 or 4
Idk really there's a lotta IDs that are fine to start with, especially given you can borrow friend iDs every stage
