I found a site called Bambino, which takes under 18 y/olds- I talk a little about it in my video I just uploaded today- "finding babysit/nanny jobs online pt. 2"
Do you have a babysitting license from Red Cross ? I see red cross doesn’t give license/ certification but they do give classes. And if not where did you get your license from ?
Hey! I guess I just took the classes. It was so long ago now I forgot if I got licensed, or just took those classes for the info… overall I don’t think a license is necessary as long as you are confident in your abilities & are educated in the basics, like CPR for kids, changing diapers, staying calm in potentially stressful situations, and general safety (ie. not letting kids use the stove or sharp knives and not leaving babies on high surfaces unattended because they’ll roll off, etc… those are the types of things you learn in the red cross class) and I think simply having the experience of taking that class makes many families feel reassured. Hope this helps!
I'm just trying to start babysitting and your channel has helped me so much thank you!!👍
do you know of any good places to apply as a 16 year old?
